I don't know why, but I suddenly remembered Manga UK said Nisekoi was delayed as they hadn't received the discs from Kaze.
If those discs came from France, there may be a problem. One of the big replicators in France was spectacularly buggering it up for about 5 years worth of blu-rays for most big French distributors, and nobody quite realised how bad it was until the beginning of this year. Consequently A LOT of French blu-rays are now not playing black, bronzing and presenting other errors. I wondered if Kaze's discs might be liable to do the same thing.

I had a quick look at one of my oldest Kaze discs, Black Lagoon, and the production code on the centre of the disc hub is LZ13, which according to this site,

Refers to Technicolor, in Germany. So for all of kaze's sins, I don't think the discs will be affected by the French problem.
