How many years did it take them to find Handley? And if it hadn't been for the US post office randomly checking a package the world would be none the wiser to his collection.
I'm going to assume you're trying to be funny... kind of hard to tell.CloudedMinds said:*cough* just a word of advice...make sure you have the "internet" completely off whenever you watch any sort of anime dvd which might have "1" second of explicite stuff! Who knows if Big Brother is watching your dvd player and going through your history if you were online lol

Why? This law does not change what can be sold or shown in the cinema. This law is purely about ownership.
The obscene publications act, the video recordings act etc.. have not changed.
Project-2501 said:Apart from a single tweet which reffered to a fictitious act there is no actual indication this has anything to do with the Coroners and Justice Act.
Project-2501 said:I've emailed the BBFC, we'll see what they say.
The Coroners and Justice Act says it requires ACTUAL sex, not sexualised or suggested. You don't get a nobel prize for suggested science.

Beez being the ones who submitted it to the BBFC, and presumably were informed of the reason for the cut. It would be pretty poor of them to jump to conclusions and post said conclusions publicly on the internet - Beez being notoriously tight lipped about other things.HdE said:as Project 2501 said, we don't necessarily know that this was in direct connection to the Coroner's and Justice act. We've got one brief comment from Beez's blog / Twitter page or whatever to suggest that it might be a factor.

Why is it relevant that it's only one second?HdE said:But, let's not be jumping to any conclusions here. This is a cut of 1 second or possibly less, and I'd assume that's the extent of the cuts ordered for this particular release from the way it's been reported. So personally, if that really is the case, I can live with that.
