What did you BUY today?

Picked up an eShop voucher today, and bought Corpse Party for the 3DS with it. Can't wait to replay it again and see the differences between the PSP version.

I only had a quick go so far, I have noticed the OP song has been redone as it sounds different from the PSP version. It looks much nicer than the PSP version and there is a quick save option in the menu now.

Corpse Party: Blood Drive [PlayStation Vita]
So as you may have noticed, this game is now out of print for the UK/European release since Black Friday. I missed out on this game by underestimating it (I need to stop that). So after some searching in town with no luck I decided to get the game now before it was too late.

This is the third major instalment in the remake saga (Blood Covered and Repeated Fear, Book of Shadows, Blood Drive) and the only retail release on PlayStation. XSEED did offer a retail release for the Nintendo 3DS version of Blood Covered and Repeated Fear but only for North America.

Anywho, this game is one of the few exclusives I wanted to get for the device at this point. I managed to get a fair amount last year at surprisingly good deals though pre-owned but solid conditions (Everybody's Golf, Freedom Wars, Killzone Mercenary, Soul Sacrifice, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Valkyrie Drive).

I plan to start Operation Vita Haul very soon, focusing on these games and more if I can find any that spark my interest. Katamari and Super Monkey Ball have my interest but I would like to get feedback on these Vita games.

Freedom is a blind buy. When these codes come up I never know what to get. It's something from Katsuhiro Otomo that I haven't seen and has loads of recommended anime that I have on its MAL page.
 
I did price up how much a trip to Japan would cost me, and I can't afford the £1000 or so for the flight + hotel for a week let alone the spending money I'd need if I ever went to Akihabara
 
Toys for boyz ... and girls :D Heavy overkill for a home network, but i wanted some more control over things that happen here on my network, especially IoT stuff and their weak security implementations.

My first Manga purchases with Tokyo Ghoul: Re Volumes 1 and 2, as well as Zakki. Also pre-ordered Blade of the Immortal, and the Zelda Encyclopedia with the Amazon THANKYOU code.
 
I went ahead and grabbed Senran Kagura 2 from the eShop sale. Considering how pricy the physical copy nowadays, a digital copy is better than nothing. I'm so glad the first game is getting remade.
 
Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age Steelbook Edition and Street Fighter V: AE. Thanks to @HWR posting about the steelbook of FF XII being available cheapish from Shopto I decided to grab it as I'd love to find the time to sit down and play it again. I also grabbed Street Fighter V: AE, kinda glad I didn't buy it on release as it's down to £18 and with the £11 I had in my rewards account on Game I'm more than happy to part with £7 for it.

No idea where I'm finding the time to play all these games (especially with Monster Hunter World taking all my time right now) but meh, I'm weak.
