I went and took a couple of screenshots from the opening sequence, since I own both. The one on the 2.0 BD is definitely of lower quality but probably still watchable if you're not a huge stickler for video quality.

Looks pretty good to me but I own the Japanese sets and I don't think a translated version of the booklet is worth double dipping for (I assume it's the same booklet anyway), so I'll be passing on this which is kinda a relief tbh. That said, I should really get around to watching these movies at some point in the near future.

Looking very nice. Can't wait to get my hands on it. More excited to get my hands on the other 3 though, given I've already seen the first, but still. Any word on what masters we're getting? Pretty sure Aniplex are the only ones to put this out, are we getting their masters or are AL self authoring?

If AL follow Aniplex then the digipak covers are heavy chipboard so a box for something which is itself essentially a box would be wierd.
