Unfortunately I ordered their Battle Royale CE during their Christmas sale and their was some minor damage on the front. It was disappointing, but I got over it.

So true, i actually had so many points saved up, i've used all of them at one for Battles Without Honour and Humanity and only paid 24£ for it :)

It might have changed, but i always order for 50£ or above and then shipping was free. That was some time ago actually, about two years already.

Hummm just checked, for one item of 17,99£ shipping fee is 3£, but once you're above 50£ then you can choose free shipping. So i guess their shipping costs have changed since i last ordered from them.

Also like HWR said, they package well and their support is also great. One i had a package get AWOL on me, and they shipped a replacement without any hassles.

I recall paying £4.76 for the Hellraiser Trilogy LE that came out a while back thanks to points. These sales always leave you with a good amount too- I have £15 worth atm
 
Arrow gives about 20% of the total order value in points during sales period. Outside of the sales period it's 10%. I'm planning on buying some giallo and other stuff, and then use the points to get a good discount on the 4K restoration of The Thing (if they open pre-orders next week).

According to Dodax 7 to 14 days. You know what's funny (well maybe not), i ordered on July 3th and got a shipment confirmation through Amazon's system the next day. But yesterday on July 10th i got a mail from Dodax itself.

We would like to thank you for your order and your trust in our company. As you have already been informed by a mail automatically sent by Amazon.co.uk we hereby confirm the shipment.

This makes me wonder when it was actually shipped, on July 4th or on the 10th. I do know that market place seller need to ship within two business days after receiving an order, because that's what is stipulated in Amazon's for market place seller advertising in the Video, DVD & Blu-Ray category.
 
What's this Dodax sale? I know doday as being a seller on Amazon, too, but never heard of Amazon sellers doing big sales or anything. oo
 
I also got some email from them yesterday, for 3 of my orders.

Not sure if they intend to send me for all, if they do, I'm still missing more than half.

Not for long, they soon sold out, though some Manga Entertainment titles were available longer than others, the last time I saw the £14.50 active was the following lunchtime Last Wednesday. My Love Story was also available for that price but it went very quickly once it was shared on here.

They sell Universal and Sony stuff too, being a joint venture of both Universal and Sony...

However, I didn't post this sale because I don't think any anime will be included. It's generally Universal stuff they tend to discount.
