I've got a few things on my backlog that I'm thinking of purchasing - which of these would people recommend watching/checking out first?

Last Exile
Welcome to the Space Show
Darker Than Black
Bamboo Blade
Ah My Godess
Shakugan No Shana
Welcome To The NHK
Vampire Knight
Rosario + Vampire
Blue Exorcist

Out of those i've seen Darker Than Black, Shakugan No Shana (Season 1), Welcome To The NHK, Vampire Knight, Rosario + Vampire and Blue Exorcist.

The ones i'd recommend most are: Darker Than Black, Welcome To The NHK, Blue Exorcist.
Rosario + Vampire is another harem show that's enjoyable to watch. I found Shana to be quite average and i dropped Vampire Knight halfway through. I'm surprised no one else has recommended Blue Exorcist as apart from the last 5 or so eps i found it to be a very good shonen action show.

I think it's standard for Amazon JP international orders.

It's weird how quick Amazon JP is with orders. Around the same time last year I ordered Madoka Rebellion LE on a Monday Night, and it arrived on Thursday Morning. Thinking about it, I have some money I might make an order..

Me again another Quick Question what is Anime On-Line pre-order service like? More specially will they charge me straight away? I notice Future Diary and Resurrection F are cheaper on there than Amazon and free first class delivery too. Thanks!

I know some of the US releases of Ghibli films have "dubtitles", am I right in assuming that the UK equivalents just use the same subtitles? Also, does anyone know if the Japanese releases use the same subtitles as well?

It's only the Disney releases that have some dubtitles, the UK version is perfectly fine and so is the Japanese version as far as I'm aware.

US releases of Laputa, Kiki and Mononoke have dubtitles. I don't know about their UK counterparts.
This could have been great but it's not up to date.
I think the Japanese versions however use real subtitles.

[Edit] Looks like Sentai's Grave of the Fireflies only has dubtitles too.

Hey guys, Is there anything else out there that's similar to Steins;Gate and Robotics;Notes in tone/nature? Semi-realistic, conspiracies, sci-fi related?

Nowadays I struggle to find shows that aren't based on say a Light novel/manga that end after 12/13 episodes with plenty of story left and fail to adapt anything else (Accel World, Blue Exorcist etc etc) so it's nice to a show where the whole story is told :)

Try Psycho Pass Season 1, not a complete story but ends at a satisfying juncture.

EDIT: And Shiki. May be vampires, but the semi-realism is in the character writing and interactions.

Have you watched any of these: Eden of the East, Night Raid 1931, Needless and Xam'd Lost Memories.

The first 2 are semi-realistic and have conspiracies, while the other 2 are quite sci-fi heavy. All of these tell a pretty much complete story.

Will look in to Night Raid, Needless doesn't really interest me and watched the others. Thanks for the suggestions.

Yeah Psycho Pass was great, roll on series 2 and the movie!

Id definitely second Eden of the East. Also, perhaps Noein, and if you want to go down the more fantastical route, Penguindrum.

Does anyone know how to do the Sentai bypass method on a PS4? I'm not seeing a way to jump to a specific title.

When the region lock screen appears, press Triangle and select the 'Go to' option.
Then select 'Title'. For the first disc, select Title 4 (sometimes 5) while for the second-onwards, select Title 3 (sometimes 4 if the first disc is 5).

^That's how it works on PS3, so maybe try that for the PS4.

I got it, I just couldn't see the Jump To arrow because it blended in with the text of the Region Lock message, now it works fine. However, as a side note, I now learned the Blu Ray I'm trying has yellow subs. God. Damn. It. The biggest kick in the balls is they use white subs for the signs! Who even likes yellow subs?! I don't think I've ever come across anyone who doesn't prefer white subs.
