Japanese anime disc sales for first half of 2016

Not sure why Osomatsu-san DVDs aren't on the list...

edit: this has been fixed and Osomatsu-san's DVDs are now listed.

As much as love ONE OK ROCK, why has a 6 year old album of theirs sold 50,000 copies this year? (And what is it doing on that list, seeing as, as far as I know, none of the songs contained within were used for an anime?)

Edit: Just realised, "Wherever You Are" was used in a NTT Docomo advert, that probably explains the weirdly high sales after 6 years.

Blue Exorcist Season 2 has been green-lit for 2017.

Considering how lackluster and boring the first series was, I can't say I'm anticipating watching this in the least bit.
Wonder how this will work with the second half of the first series deviating so much from the manga.

I really like Blue Exorcist and I'm happy about a second season but I wonder what they'll do considering that the anime became original story as it widely deviated away from the manga.

Sweet a new season of Blue Exorcist :), i really liked the 1st season apart from the last few episodes so hopefully they'll go back to adapting the manga and fix what they did in those last few episodes. I still need to watch the film so i'll pick it up soon.

I wasn't fond of the original ending it went for, so I definitely hope season two is actually canon (I can't tell from the selection of images). I'll probably watch it either way though :)

Did anyone actually want this sequel? Can't say Im fussed to be honest

*checks last page and a bits posts* Yes, several people are very happy by this, so I think they did! The more I think about it, the more I hope they pull a Black Butler and retcon some of the later happenings in the original series.

Quoting Demelza as she accidently posted this in the wrong section.

Hunter x Hunter is back on indefinite hiatus. That really didn't last long. I guess we're destined to have a few chapters a year?

Also Bleach is reportedly approaching its end, although I will believe that when I see it. ANN says the series entered its final arc in 2012!
