Manga Plot Synopsis said:
Kotoyama's original manga follows Kokonotsu, who does not want to inherit his family's rural candy store as his father wishes. A girl named Hotaru, who is crazy about small-time candy stores, appears at the store and repeatedly visits in order to convince him to take it over. The title means "Cheap Sweets Candy," which is also the name of a Japanese band, but read differently it could mean "However."

The anime adaptation of the manga of the same name will air in January 2016.

Doesn't fix the ****** video quality though! I boycotted Kaze a long time ago anyway. Last time I bought something from them was in mid 2013 (P4:A Part 3) which I've replaced with the better Sentai release.
Now that right there...

Trailer for the Japanese Megazone 23 Blu-Ray set, from a new 4k scan of the original negative. It looks mighty fine!

5 months to prepare myself...

As much as I enjoy the show, I really don't see why everybody loves the show as much as they do, and I find its fans annoying.

For me, it's just really off the wall and full of great and memorable moments and a really entertaining cast of characters who are a lot of fun to watch. Plus it has the 'hype' factor. The kind of scenes where you're just on the edge of your seat going "YEAH!". Kind of like Gurren Lagann. I think you'd get it more if you watch Stardust Crusaders, it's much better than Parts 1 and 2 IMO, even though I love all 3.

..I couldn't of put it better myself. This is exactly why.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Diamond is Unbreakable is going to air in April. Staff, cast and a key visual have also been unveiled

The anime will star:

Yuuki Ono as Jōsuke Higashikata
Yuuki Kaji as Kōichi Hirose
Wataru Takaki as Okuyasu Nijimura
Takahiro Sakurai as Rohan Kishibe
Daisuke Ono as Jōtarō Kūjō

Not surprised it was going to air in April, I figured it would happen then (the timing was similar to how Stardust Crusaders was handled).

My only grip is the voice actor changes for some of the characters. The ones in the video games were pretty much spot on (red are reprising):
Josuke Higashikata - Wataru Hatano
Okuyasu Nijimura - Wataru Takagi
Koichi Hirose - Romi Park
Rohan Kishibe - Hiroshi Kamiya
Jotaro Kujo - Daisuke Ono

Oh well, let's see how they sound in the anime (perhaps they're saving the VAs in the game for other roles in the franchise, like Part 8 if they ever decide to get that far).

I'll admit, there were parts of JoJos that I didn't like it at all... but it was worth sitting through those for the funny or "cool" moments that are often pulled off so well.

BBFC Updates

Oreimo: My Little Sister Cannot Be This Cute *in full*
15 - Episodes 01-06 - strong sex references
15 - Episodes 07-12 - strong sex references
18 - Episodes 12-15 - strong sexual fetish references, sexual violence references

I was mostly right. I figured it would get a 15 for most of the episodes. It was just the OVA part that bumped up the rating (due to the trio making a visual novel in addition to some questionable dialogue).

The hype is what pisses me off. Its great, but it doesn't need people acting like it's the second coming of Christ.

It's been announced that Fairy Tail Zero, a prequel manga of the main Fairy Tail series, will be receiving an television anime adaptation starting January.
Now if that had been the key art for the first series, I'd have been more likely to try watching it (although chances are I would still have given up with the tight window to watch episodes during the original simulcast).

Yeah. That bothered me a bit too. Will be weird to listen to, but I'm still excited to see how it turns out.

That is great news - Saekano is one of the best shows of recent years!

First teaser for Gundam Thunderbolt. To say it's a brief glimpse would be putting mildly.

Dat sax though.

My first reaction is basically Baccano! meets Gundam.

I'm hyped for this instalment, is it supposed to be a seinen or something?

Yeah, apparently the source material is a seinen manga.
From the author of Moonlight Mile, no less. Pretty legitimately excited.

Mangaranga said:
Well, I wouldn't necessarily include Gangsta in that list since everything to do with that show is cancelled at the moment. (BDs, CDs)
Why is this?

Heh. I won't lie, I'll probably check it out despite being infinitely behind on the main series. I'm a sucker for "past arcs", and also for Noto Mamiko.
