It's not out yet...
It's an upscale, FUNi haven't released anything in HD before Japan. The Japanese BD was a bad upscale.

I don't think I've read worse impressions of a high profile BD release than the Japanese FLCL release, tbh. Would not under any circumstances trust Funi to improve on it.
