The Anime/Manga I Bought Today Was...

I missed a parcel yesterday (had to go pick it up from P.O. today) and in it was my Nadia: Secret of Blue Water DVDs - yay :D Plus my Fushigi Yuugi OVAs. I decided it was time to replace my OVA videos. I'll tell you something, those bloody videos cost a fortune 4/5 years ago. Each one had 3 episodes, were subbed and cost me £18 each :shock:
 
I brought Steamboy and Perfect Blue off ebay which have come through in the last couple of days at a great combined total of just £8! Cant argue when they are both proper DVD's!
 
Vols 1-4 of the Hunter X Hunter manga arrived yesterday; pretty much everything else I've ordered recently has been dispatched so hopefully I'll start receiving stuff this week. Should also be getting Madlax vol 3 this week.
 
I've just ordered Appleseed, Millenium Actress, Spriggan: Special Edition, Street Fighter Alpha 2: Generations and Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex Official Log 01 from Play.com :D
 
I got my Now and Then, Here and There boxset through the post today, along with my 2 Inuyasha CDs. One is an OST from the first season and the other has all of the op & ed songs on it. Really looking forward to sticking them in the CD player later :D
 
i now have Paranoia Agent #2 on preorder! :D i was torn between that and Millenium Actress but since i've seen MA once before i'll leave that for a couple of weeks.
 
Yesterday i sent an order for Fake volume 5 (then i will actually be able to read volume 6), and looking on the website for the price i realised sfter that theres only one more volume, going to be really sad when it's finished

According to Anime-On-Line, MVM's releases have been delayed for yet another week, so you might have to wait until the end of the week before they show up.

Wonder why i got mine then, must be just a faulty copy they decided to send out :lol:

You won't really, as the last volume is bloody wonderful - in every way you can think of :wink: so although it's the final volume, it's so satisfying, you won't be too upset!!

I got volume 1 & 2 of W Juliet through the post this morning and can't wait for a headache free day to read it :D

Maybe it's one that wasn't too badly damaged in the fire, a slightly warped "limited edition". :D

Edit: Haibane Renmei vol 4 arrived today, although typically volume 3 hasn't shown up yet.

Oh yeah, I also got Vol.3 of Fushigi Yugi which I have been looking for since last week as I thought it was supposed to be out last monday. I still can't find Case Closed Vol.3 tho...
 
Got a belated birthday gift today - DN Angel manga, Vol #3. The guy who gave it to me said "I also got you Vol #2 but it didn't arrive in time".

Yeah yeah, a likely story :roll:
