They don't release Anime I have an interest in but some credit should go to Media Blasters to not only have survived as long as they have but to also commit to Blu Ray and Dubs which so many fans crave.

As long as they offer Blu-ray versions I wouldn't mind picking up a Media Blasters title, especially as the DVD versions are straight up terrible quality wise.

I do want My Wife is the Student Council President, I was entertained while watching it on Crunchyroll (it's a short series).

If you don't mind DVD you can always get discoteks DVD release of it. Plus their DVD releases are region free. I have it and really enjoyed it.

Co-inky-dinkally, my review of the first Harlock series is slated to get re-published on my Youtube channel next week.

All the footage in it is sourced from Discotek's DVD release, so it might give you an idea of the visual quality of that release, if you feel inclined to check it out. Personally, I don't think it's worth worrying too much about it being n standard definition. Being a late '70s TV show, it's not blessed with the most amazing visuals. And Discotek are known for usually using the best quality transfers they can get hold of.
