I wonder if Non Non Biyori Repeat will include the first OVA, would be nice if it did but I guess it's unlikely. Since there's apparently going to be a second OVA this year, I suppose they could potentially release an OVA set at some point (it'd be nice to get everything).

Yamibo sounds like it might fall somewhere between Kino's Journey and Humanity Has Declined (though perhaps it's not too much like either really). I hadn't really heard much about it before but I think I'd be interested in giving it a go.

Talking of December, I really hope Haikyuu season 2 sneaks in this year from sentai. With 7 episodes left of season 1, I'm already dreading the wait.

You think it's too early for Haikyu season 2 then? First season was released on BD in USA 9 months after final air date, December 2016 is 9 months after season 2 final air date///

AoA are only getting Owari out in Nov so I wouldnt bet it would be sentai to release Haikyu till March at least.

It's possible, but personally I think it's too packed at the moment (those dubbed titles will certainly get through first). Perhaps an early 2017 release.

Really doubt Wakaba Girl or Uta No Prince Sama would ever come out here, they seem too niche.

Hidamari Sketch is one I'm super hyped for - but from what I've heard, MVM's release of the first part didn't sell that great, so I have to wonder whether the rest is even going to come out at this rate.

From Manga's POV, they must be jumping at the bit to release stuff like Triage X, Food Wars etc. - basically anything fanservice heavy - as they almost always do well.

Just got an email from Spiral Galaxy who does the fulfilment for Europe to confirm my address information. These emails supposedly were planned to be send during the weekend but Spiral Galaxy had some server issues, but that's solved now. Robert from AnimEigo was also very much on top of this, as he sended some emails to to explain the situation.

There's some new updates on Anime Midstream's new acquisition; B't X.

All of the B't X franchise has been picked up:
  • The first series (B't X); 25 episodes
  • The second series (B't X Neo); 14 OVA episodes
The first series was once dubbed prior but not fully. Anime Midstream will be offering a new English dub to cover all the episodes. Two of the English dub actors who worked on the original dub will return, in addition the cast for the new one will be revealed soon.
 
I have! :p

It's based on a manga by the Saint Seiya author Masami Kurumada. I've not seen any of it beyond a few clips but I will likely support this release. It's great to see Anime Midstream license something else, those that have the Matchless Rajin-Oh DVDs speak highly of them and from what I've seen of it the dub they made was actually not bad, not great but serviceable. Should be interesting to see if they carry over what's left of the old dub and then sub the rest or make an entire new dub. If they do the latter I hope they also include the old dub as well.

Yep.

Media Blasters haven't yet confirmed whether or not it will be dubbed.
