Fingers crossed that they have English subs but, at the very least, I hope they're releasing Do You Remember Love? uncut this time around

Did they cut the scene during the title song sequence where the man's head comes off? I heard that was one of the bits that got edited out, but always found it funny because it's literally a blink and you miss it moment anyway.

Announced at AWA con, AnimEigo have provided some details on their latest doings:

- Bubblegum Crisis Blu-rays are nearly out of print, no details on whether they'll get a reprint.

- Riding Bean Kickstarter is likely to occur in November, but October at the earliest. Basic edition will be around $20-$25. Figure will be a car.

- The next Blu-ray Kickstarter will be AD Police Files starting next year. New transfer will be done from the original 35mm.

The lessons that AnimEigo learned from the Bubblegum Crisis Blu-Ray Kickstarter are as follows. Accurate. #Otakon2015

For those wondering what "crowdproduction" refers to, here's the slide that explains what people are doing=volunteers

A Woodhead #Otakon2015 example of what crowdproduction can do: somebody transcribed what "Shon Hernandez" REALLY said
CKyr_P0VEAAM3jX.jpg:large

R. Woodhead was in talks for a year to get LoGH since he figured Kickstarter would be the only way. Then Section23 announced it! #Otakon2015

Woodhead believes that even with feature creep, if you put in your money for Kickstarter then you should ideally get the thing within a year

All money collected for AnimEigo Kickstarters goes to escrow; they don't take the money until after it's shipped. They don't brag about this

Robert's looking at Dagger of Kamui. Possible a BD doesn't exist because Japan has doubts they can make back the cost of doing the transfer.

Provided the source materials remain in OK condition, we might be able to Kickstart The Dagger of Kamui on Blu-Ray & give Japan the transfer

The end goal is to start doing Kickstarter campaigns for things that were cool which were never licensed by AnimEigo in the past #Otakon2015

Robert Woodhead says he licenses things he wants to license and cares about, anything he's licensed purely to make money has failed. #otakon

So @AnimEigo mentioned that they would like to do any anime that Kenichi Sonoda has been involved in. Maybe some Gall Force for Gerald?

I laughed at the use of GoogleDrive being stated there. It's caused me more issues with clients than any other single online file sharing platform.

Also: AD Police files? Hurrm. Seems like a backwards step.

This surprises me, because I wasn't aware it'd been made available to non-kickstarter backers yet and I've not seen it on UP1. I'd always assumed they'd do a 2nd run 6-12 months after kickstarter users got their copies but I guess they are only selling via their own shop.

Definitely glad I picked up a copy of Bubblegum Crisis when they made it available to send direct to the UK the other month.

AD Police sounds like a good one to do next - nice they're powering ahead with releases anyway, and saves me from having to pick up the old DVD versions Manga released back in the day.

Gall Force would be an interesting one - hardly the best thing in the world, but it sure taps that nostalgia vibe pretty strongly.

Sekai Project have more visual novels to announce:

Alienworks' Highway Blossoms
Life A Little's Darekoi
Madosoft's Wagamama High Spec
Namaage's The Orchard of Stray Sheep
Primum Soft's Yume no Sono

Sekai is also releasing an original IP called Japanese School Life.

Toonami released a promo for Parasyte just recently.

First of, I do not like Shinichi's voice because it feels misplaced. Perhaps it will take time to get used to but for a first impression, it's not looking good. Perhaps it'll get better as it goes. The same goes for his mother. The father and Yuuko are okay though.

On the more positive site of things I do think Migi's voice is spot on. The other parasytes voiced in the trailer are also pretty well done.

Ponycan USA have announced at AWA Con the home release details for Rokka: Brave of the Six Flowers.

Volume 1 - December 10th
Volume 2 - February 10th
Volume 3 - April 10th

All volumes are Blu-ray/DVD combo packs and the language options are unknown.

Very interesting. Rokka no yuusha was my fav anime this season. At Japanese sorta prices, the purchase would make a difference. The problem is the amount of money I can afford to fork out. I will strongly consider it if the later episodes are patched up animation wise though.

ANN Funimation Podcast Round-up:

** - my thoughts

Autumn 2015 Licenses (Simulcasts) - Overall:
- Aria the Scarlet Ammo Double A
- Attack on Titan: Junior High
- Concrete Revolutio
- Dance With Devils
- Doamayger-D
- Heavy Object
- Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans *Presumably Simulcast only due to Rightstuf's deal with Sunrise*
- Noragami Aragoto
- Seraph of the End -Battle in Nagoya-
- STARMYU/High School Star Musical
- Valkyrie Drive -Mermaid-

Evangelion: 3.33 Situation: - Fun Fact: Original US home release planned was February 2014
- News! Details logged in right now and will be released early 2016. More details hopefully at New York Comic Con.
- No Theatrical plans.

Twitter Questions:
Delays on certain titles:
- Free! will have an update next week
- Tokyo Ghoul CE had a defect on manufacturing

Evangelion TV
- Don't have it yet

Dragon Ball Super
- Don't have it yet (no one in the US has it), but they are doing a panel at NYCC with a VA.

Puchim@s but not the main iDOLM@STER series?
- Can't go into details with contracts, sometimes parts of franchises are available to distributors. *Sentai Filmworks does have iDOLM@STER: Xenoglossia*

Speed Racer
- They don't have the materials yet, planning to do a Blu-ray release.

Bandai license rescues
- They have some materials for some titles, and they want the highest quality (the best available). These ones (the shows with the materials already at Funi) will be on the 2016 schedule.

Space Battleship Yamato Resurrection license
- Don't have the license to the film. When they announced a film it was actually the live-action film (released already) and not the anime film.

Full-coloured disc art
- Some titles have full colour. Can't remember what, 'just depends'.

Why do certain titles don't have chipboard releases
- Opportunity to do something similar with the Japanese release. If there were changes in the future they would let people know basically.

Sub-only titles in standard edition when OniAi was successful
- OniAi was a test. Difficult to tell what would be successful, very subjective. Simulcast & streaming views are kind of dependant for a Limited Edition release. Japanese licensors do want to know how popular the views are for their titles on LEGAL streams. *Basically support the industry and you'll get a better or even special release. You are not supporting the show if you are watching it on illegal streams*

Dragon Ball Z Kai Final Chapters
- No news on that unfortunately

One Piece films
- No news on that unfortunately but they're interested in working on the newest film.

NIS America have confirmed that two of their titles will be expired from the catalogue (both are from Aniplex):

Anohana: The Flowers We Saw That Day

Occult Academy

Robert's Anime Corner Store said:
And the good folks at NIS America informed us of two license expirations this week. As of now their licenses for both Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day and Occult Academy have officially expired and both of these titles are now sold out at wholesale and OOP. We currently have stock on both the Anohana TV SE and the Occult Academy BD SE, but I'm sure that won't last long (especially with Anohana) so grab a copy while you still can!
