On the other hand, your figure will take much longer to get here, so it depends how patient you are. :p

But yes, even I am strongly considering using SAL more, because I frankly feel a bit sick having had to pay 5 x Parcelforce handling fee in the last few weeks.

That does mean my Dead Master Nendo and GSC Hitagi figure have arrived, though.
 
Heh, I am also looking on that Hinagiku figure. Really need to make a few preorders in the next day or so or I feel like I'm going to miss out on something I really want. Also noticed that Kotobukiya's Kirino figure is getting re-issued... might be tough to resist that to go with their Kuroneko.

Fingers crossed! Alter's figures are so tasty, as much as I love Good Smile Company, Alter's Momohime is probably the "best" figure I've bought.

Anyway, 2 of my figures arrived in the post today out of the 4 i ordered! The other two unfortunately have to wait till the weekend as i've been charged for customs and then handling fees so they have to wait till friday when i get paid ;)

So i've taken a few photos of Dead Master and Subaru Nakajima

First up is Dead Master!



The box is quite easily the biggest i have of all the figures i've got so far! Dreading what the BRS box will be like!



As you can tell, its an extremely well produced figure, looks superb!

And here is Nakajima Subaru from Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha



Expect more photos next week when both the original and anime version of Black Rock Shooter should arrive ;)
 
Nice get the Clouded, even though the bottom one isn't to my taste lol =3 Dead Master is nice though.
Shame your other two got stuck up customs, im still waiting for something that taking a while i might have got stuck -fingers crossed it didn't-

I got my Yomiko Readman to day ill post some pics soon -working **** hours this week and can't take decent pics in my room- and got kingdom hearts birth by sleep avatar mascot straps of Terra and Ventus so cute

My Megahouse Nagisa Kaworu was shipped yesterday i can't wait to get him
 
Did you find the skull at all fiddly to attach to her hand, Clouded? And how are you displaying her in the end? I couldn't choose, so I put the skull and chain on... doesn't really seem to be a problem.

It was fiddly trying to get the skull on her hand to be honest! So fiddly in fact that i almost gave up with it in the end and just going for the chain look when i was taking photos! I am also keeping her in the box like all the other figures atm. Save them from getting dust and i'm looking to buy some glass display cabinets to display them in :). If i were to choose, it certainly would be with the skull and chain
 
Ahh, yeah, I forgot about your laziness re: dusting things. :p But more seriously, yes, glass display cabinets are well on my shopping list when I get my bonus in a few weeks time.
 
Got a unexpected delivery today! The two BRS figures i ordered were meant to arrive during Monday as i didnt fancy having to pay an extra £12 to get it delivered on Saturday...f***ing good thing i didnt in the end if this is what happens!

Anyway, both of them are immaculate despite being very complicated to put together.

Here are some pictures of the packaging and you can probably see why they couldn't do SAL shipping



Anyway, first up is the original Huke version of Black Rock Shooter. Took awhile to setup as the chains were a bit complicated and fiddly to get right...





As you can see, very detailed! Even the gun has signs of scrapes and wear & tear.

Next is the anime version of Black Rock Shooter which was even more complicated to setup than the original.





I wasnt joking about it being alot of work putting this one together if you have a look at the amount of chains there are! Then you also had to take apart the gun itself so you could fit it in properly with her hands.

I really love these ones and were worth the money, certainly the best i've bought so far!
 
Yeah, the huge page of instructions that comes with the anime ver... wouldn't have blamed you if you'd just left her in the box, haha.

Did you get your relacement star stickers? I think I can see the postcards that came with them in the background.
