The Aniplex of America version is out of print, which means that nowadays you have to pay £1500 just for part 4... In the past (when the first 2 parts were released) the other parts were teased to be released 'in the future', but nothing has happened so far.

Would be nice to get season two widely available again. I've decided to start collecting the manga in English as a kind of substitute, which is being released by Denpa.

Managed to get mine sorted the other day as well (finally). Looks like they're just shipping out standard editions for those that ask, which have the corrected discs (including the disc label now showing the correct episode numbers, in addition to the missing dub audio).
 
As a reminder, for the replacement APFTTU discs, did users simply message All the Anime via their usual email contact address?
