The review was for the DVD version so i am at least hoping that the BD version is not as bad

I did buy a few dvds from them last year which were region 1 so i guess that would explain why i couldn't this year. But what do you mean by "unclassified stock"?

Luckily for me that because i pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition awhile ago on Amazon, it meant that the debit card they were using was canceled before i got my new one a few months ago. After seeing and reading about the comments on this thread, i don't think i'll risk bothering with the release...

Got a new copy in the post today. Played the 2nd disc on the PS3 and no problem...thankfully. Havent got to episode 13 yet so i cant comment on the sync issues.

I'm posting it back to Amazon and getting a replacement so hopefully that solves the problem. Audio sync i can live with but when the disc doesnt play at all...well thats a different story. Extremely annoying though when you try and support the industry releases but they still lack good enough...

Does anyone have any issues with the 2nd Bluray disc for From The New World? It plays the Hanabee and MVM screens fine but i just get a black screen afterwards. This is on my PS3 btw

Got my copy of From The New World on blu-ray from Amazon today. Certainly worth the purchase!
