Tokyo Ghoul: re episode 11 Another solid episode despite some censorship. They also cut a few important details out (again) plus the animation lacked in places. Maybe they can fix some of these issues when the Blu Rays comes out (I can only hope.)

Yotsuiro Biyori episode 10 A snooty naysayer is put to the test when the tea shop crew work their magic. Also some sisters enjoy the cooking.

Yuru Yuri episodes 1-6
 
Lupin III: Part V ep11

I have mixed feelings about the Red Jacket era, but I really enjoyed that. Once again, it nailed the tone perfectly without feeling like it was blankly repeating the earlier material.

It is a very divisive series, and I agree with HWR in that you'll just have to give it a go and judge for yourself, my opinion of FranXX is very different to HWR's but that is what you'll find across the board when garnering opinion on it!
 
The Tatami Galaxy ep 1 (sub) (on hold)
Thought I'd watch this to see if I might want to pick up Night is Short Walk on Girl as the early bird starts Friday.
The visuals are so different from the usual fair, but that didn't put me off. I mean I liked Devilman Crybaby and really liked Lu Over the Wall. No the problem was the MC had a lot to say and he said it at a thousand miles per hour that I was trying, and failing, to read 2 lines of text every few seconds at some points thus missing both the story and the animation. I probably won't be able to watch the rest unless I pause every time a new bunch of text comes up, but that still means missing the animation. Or if there's an English dub I can watch?
Night is Short has a different MC so might not be as bad?

Laputa Castle in the Sky (sub)
The next PCP Ghiblicast is out so I thought I'd watch the film first.
It's a fun adventure romp with a serious message about power. I will say that whilst most of the components of the film are slightly less than that of Nausicaä, music, art and performance I think the ending is a bit more impactful in that you fear the power of Laputa much more than the threat at the end of Nausicaä and thus is more of a relief when things resolve. Again a bit over long, but there isn't much fat apart from some of the comedy pirate scenes.

Cool. I was going to, but Crunchyroll crapped out on me. Something about maintenance, probably due to it being in the middle of the night in America at the time I tried.

Crossing Time seems to be switching between HD and SD but the playback didn't fail catastrophically like it did before maintenance. Space Battleship Tiramisu, Love To-LIE-Angle and Lupin The Third: Part 5 seem to be staying in HD almost without stuttering.(1)

Hopefully when CR's "regular load" comes back it doesn't degrade like it did before maintenance. Other than Crossing Time, playback seems to be a lot better. :)

I agree with Lemon, the first the by far the most exhausting. But you actually don't need to get everything yet. In a way this show is a mature, better made Endless Eight. So you will catch up what you're missing in time. (More or less.)
There is no English dub though there is a French one.

That is annoying and it also seems to affect the ending as well where you lose the amount of time that skips from the ending, not so bad with a next episode bit (I don't always watch those), but if there's extra story stuff or a little skit you have to start the video again and fast forward to the end again.
 
Yuru Yuri episodes 7-12 (Complete. This was fun, not much to say it's a decent comedy, and I'll check out the second season in the future.) 3.5/5
