Last weekend I watched

Freezing Vibration 1-12 : Kinda disappointing, we spent a lot of time last season setting things up only to get hit by a change of scenery, they did manage to cover Satellizer's past but we hardly got anything about the Nova (Pandora's spend a lot of time lazing around rather than fighting these things). And I really feel there should of been more about Kazuya's dads connection to everything, they seemed to hint heavily at the end of S1 but in S2 he was ultimately a plot device to restore order at the end

Madoka Magica Movie 3 - Wasn't sure how they'd follow on from the original series without making it lame but they actually came up with a really good progression after all telling the limiters that there used to be a better way to gather energy was bound to make them look into breaking the law of cycles. Not too keen on the shift in tone for the last 10 minutes, I kinda already knew it had an ending that was basically screaming sequel but it didn't flow naturally to that point. I suppose there's an argument for Homura's wish being to save Madoka means that this new world does actually finally fulfil that wish, Madoka's human side is allowed to exist and she is protected from Kyubey. I guess we can even argue that repeating the timelines so many times may have also concentrated power into homura because up until this point her wish has never actually been truly granted

The Adventures of the four horsemen of John ep 4(seraph of the end)
Other than a stellar opening line nothing much to say about this episode.

Gintama-Episode 17
Monogatari Second Season (Kabukimonogatari Complete)-Episodes 6-9
We are pretty much at the same point XD I really enjoyed that arc even though it didn't focus on it's heroine too much.

Yeah, I wanted to see more adult Hachikuji. I also really enjoyed the arc, might be one of my favourites out of the entire franchise so far. I'm a sucker for a time travel plot. This was leagues above Nekomonogatari Shiro IMO.

I liked the hanakawa arcs a lot personally but maybe having a lot of breathing room between nise and second season affected like (it was like 4 months and nekomonogatari black is far better than nise is most ways)

I'd be inclined to disagree. I liked Nise a little more than Neko Kuro. I can see why you would prefer the latter, but the ending kind of confused me. That and I like Monogatari a little more when it's being silly than serious, which Nise was. There isn't much in it though, I only like Nise slightly more. Also I watched Bake through to Neko Kuro in a month then only left a 2 week gap before second season, so that might have effected it, IDK.

the Garden of Sinners: ever cry, never life [Kara no Kyoukai 3: Tsuukaku Zanryuu] (Japanese Dub) - Film
the Garden of Sinners: Pre-Show Reminder [Kara no Kyoukai: Cinema Intros] (Japanese Dub) - Episode 03
the Garden of Sinners: garan-no-dou [Kara no Kyoukai 4: Garan no Dou] (Japanese Dub) - Film
the Garden of Sinners: Pre-Show Reminder [Kara no Kyoukai: Cinema Intros] (Japanese Dub) - Episode 04

So far here's my list with the top being my favourite in the series:
- 1 - Thanatos
- 3 - ever cry, never life
- 2 - ...and nothing heart
- 4 - garan-no-dou

Thanatos and ever cry, never life are pretty much both equally my favourites. It's a good thing I can get the OST on Amazon JP.

I can tell from the ending of garan-no-dou and the preview for Paradox Paradigm that it's going to be... interesting.

Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040: Episodes 17-21

Major spoilers below (so don't read unless you have watched the series up to this point!)

Not really feeling Galatea as an antagonist. She has barely has any development bar being the 'seed' from Sylia's brain. She matures into an adult rather quickly and is now stereotypically the 'opposite Sylia'. This unfortunately means that Macky also gets a far bigger role than he did in the OVAs because he's a 'seed' too. Linna is now barely getting any screentime and she's my favourite. The new suits are more sexualised too with the 'shapely' outfits - as if the heels weren't enough.

I'm hoping the remainder of the episodes turn all weird and psychological. I'll give my final verdict once I watch the rest.

The OVAs are better then 2040.....it was a team saving the world and linna ....the one with the white hair.......I didn't like her in this version ....shes not cool and calm like she is in the older version ....she's more twitchy and couscous in this one....It's just not as good
