What you guys doing right now.

Today I went to the coastal cliffs.
I was fortunate enough to spot a couple of remaining puffins, and was also able to see ayase's town of residence through my handy binoculars.

 maybe that was the case for some, but in the past its worked for me. You meet up more and more, let them know how you feel and see where it goes. Thats how me and Laura got together and also how me and Kayls are together.
Different people, different approaches That always ended badly for me. IMNSHO, they were interested in you as well... And in honesty, you're not an easy person to read IRL and have a late-night radio host voice, which is surely what got them into you ;)

well i found that chaos' "just do it" advice really helped out, and i ended up asking her out directly
she wasn't at the ball though, that, to be honest would've made my evening.
Just do it is probably the best advice there ever was.

WRT to everything else, I think that you differentiated yourself to her already and if she wanted a relationship, you're defintely under her radar.

I guess I'm a better counsellor on this occasions. Almost everything one could have done wrong, was doen by me at some point, so I do know how not to do things! Like I said, there's no failure, only learning. ;)

In any case, I'm in desperate need to talk to a manager in HK because he's subordinate deserves a few slaps. =/

 after spending a few more days near me you'd realise how laid back i am, whether that’ll make me a little easier to read or not, who knows :p whenever i've met you in london i've always been tired and not too sure on what i want to do....apart from when i'm thirsty, then i know where the local pubs are. And im no Barry white, but i guess my voice is deep....maybe it makes me sound really masculine and the ladies love it lol

Ripping myself apart with the decision on whether I should really attempt to go to the London Expo this year... It's the year of the Tiger - If I dont go this year, when the hell will I?

But then there's money issues (Although last month was a big payday), where I'm staying, booking holiday = success, being on my own (thats usually a good thing... no hassle), travel... ARGH!!!! Just once will do me!

Accommodation would be free at least, bring your brother in your suitcase.

Chaos. start up the BBQ, i'll supply the alcohol, Chaz bring Ryo and weve got a good weekend!

I guess i'm going in october, but mostly just for the funny meet ups. Trying to stray away from buying so much (spent more than i'd hoped but less than i thought i had after a second look at my account)

just been to our school's young musicians finals, it was a killer evening, lots of excellent people performing, me and a couple of my mates ended up doing some 12 bar blues while the judges decided on who one the awards (i didn't get to the finals, but we were asked as a request from our music teacher)

what i didn't expect was the fact that i won the Most Improved Award, which was quite nice, and a little unexpected :D

I just finished watching the Emmy nods, and although I'm amazed how Community got snubbed, I'm mostly still ecstatic that Friday Night Lights finally got some freaking recognition. This could be a turning point! Disappointed by the lack of Sons of Anarchy (esp. for Katey Sagal) but good for Lost.

Bit of a muddle how everything happened. Soon as I saw FNL getting something, my brain melted.

!!!!!!

I have removed my shirt.

You see, the departmental administrator has replied to my electronic mail message concerning my degree classification.

I'VE BEEN (provisionally) AWARDED A 2A !!!

According to the department's handbook, that's what they call a 2:1.

Awesome, Zin! That's damn good in my books.
Make sure you make good use of that score. You should be fine with the results, they dont change unless it's been a disaster for the examiners.

Congrats zin! Can anyone tell me what 2:1 means? I think I've been told before, but I forgot.
Basically, degree level grading isn't like your "A*, A, B, C..." Instead they "reworded it" so it goes like this:
Grade 1 = 100-91%
Grade 2.1 = 90-76%
Grade 2.2 = 75-61%
Grade 3 = 60-45%
Failed/referal = 44%>

I dont think the % score is accurate, but that's the process in general.
