Is It Wrong To Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon 7 (novel)
I think it doesn't help that the size of the book set up certain expectations for me and it felt a bit cheap that it ended the way it did. It's still one of my favourite series and the action was well written though, so all is still well for now~

I kinda figured that Bell would save the day because he always does, he's a hero and that's what his role is made for, but at the same time I feel like he and his group went through a lot this volume with no real major outcome other than a new party member? A lot of it is due to the fact there was so much world building and I don't actively care about a red light district area, so it wasn't as interesting as if Bell had been in the dungeon (speaking of which we haven't been in the dungeon almost at all for two straight volumes now! I miss it ;_
. Hopefully some of the stuff being built in this volume starts to roll around in the next and picks the story up a bit.

Quite. Anyway, heavy spoilers for Vol 7 here, so no opening anyone who hasn't read the book yet...
While I had a sneaking suspicion that they wouldn't actually have had Haruhime as a real (succesful... i guess?) prostitute, becuase that would limit her moe/waifu potential for the readers i did feel that she would have been a much more interesting and unique character if they had of went with a more realistic scenario. I can't think of too many characters like that off the top of my head and it could have led to some really interesting dynamics.
In any case, it does diminish the darkness of the whole pleasure quarter bit.

Watamote (No Matter How I Look At It, It's You Guys' Fault I Can't Remember Such A Long Title) vol 9. Hilarious (and painful) as always. The end of chapter 80 absolutely slayed me, it's easily the funniest thing I've ever seen in any manga.

Finished up Paradise Residence the other day. Series was pretty alright. Had its moments but was overall fairly standard SOL fare. I also started the first volume of Kiniro Mosaic last night, which is just as enjoyable as the series. Can't say I'm too fond of the 4-koma style though. It's the first one I'm reading and the lack of panel variety does get a touch boring when you're reading a whole volume of it.

I find 4-koma series are much more enjoyable a chapter at a time. I've been doing that with Nozaki-kun otherwise I just get bored.

That's Volumes 62 to 66 done. I actually read Volume 62 earlier in the week but didn't note it down. Volumes 62 to 66 covered the Fishman Island arc and I'm now in Punk Hazard arc (the last arc in the Box Set III set).

That's Volumes 67 to 70 done. I've finished Punk Hazard and have now started the Dressrosa arc.... sort of.
And I say sort of because I have finished reading the third box set of One Piece! Yep, 700 chapters and 70 volumes done for this series.
What happens next is that at some point I will pick up the individual volumes from 71 onwards, and you guessed it start watching the anime version.
