Tell me about it. I had in direct debt, so basically they charged me more than they should and now they are complaining I'm in credit. Go figure...

Ah, you can't have it *in* credit, that actually makes sense.

When you say you have something "on credit" it means like buying it with a credit card or delayed payment and paying for it later.

I warn you. If it's a Natwest or RBS debit card, you may find them charging £1.25 on each international or non-Sterling transaction, and that is on top of the 2.75% conversion charge. I myself wish that more places would simply accept PayPal.
