What did you RECEIVE today? PHOTOS EDITION!

thanks for checking, don't have a A player that will read discs at the minute so i guess i'll have to hope it's still in stock somewhere when i eventually get round to buying another one

You could always just buy the Blu-ray now (if you can afford to) and watch it when you get another region free player. That way you won't have to worry about it going out of stock. :p

I received one JP import release today from CDJapan:

OddTaxi: Hi, Where can I Take You Edition Blu-ray Box (with English subtitles)

Loved that series - if you open it, don't hesitate to post the contents here!

Like many JP releases, it's packed inside a resealable plastic bag instead of shrink wrap, so yeah, I can open it and take some pics of the internals for you - but not right now, its 1:30 am here and I am heading to bed now. I'll post some pics in the morning - I'm working from home all this week and my work laptop is setup on a table downstairs in my theater room near where I take all my anime photos anyway, so I can easily snap some more photos during a morning work break. 🙂

2TB M.2 drive and heatsink for my PS5. This was going for a decent price in the sale Amazon did a couple of weeks ago.

Adding the built-in storage and the external drive I have connected, this will bring the total capacity up to 6.8TB (unless something goes horribly wrong). There's no such thing as too much storage on a modern console, not when games can be up to 200GB and backwards compatibility means it's carrying over my last-gen games too.

Nice, I got the WD SN850 2tb and that heatsink a couple of weeks ago and they've worked great. Fyi do not use the crappy little screwdriver that comes with the heatsink, the head is too small and the screws Sony used are awful. Use a larger screwdriver with a bigger head to get more torque on it.
