What did you RECEIVE today? PHOTOS EDITION!

I just came back from having a Pizza Hut buffet lunch with my Mum and Step-dad and I found a package addressed to moi just under the letter slot of our front door. Inside was this:

It will probably be just shy of £20, if you get hit. You can then join the club of people here who rage about the handling fees. Speaking of which, I had a Parcelforce ransom note yesterday for a high (but sadly completely justified) amount. I didn't take a photo of it.

Thank goodness. I was roughly keeping £25 aside, but when I tried a calculator online, it came up as being around £65 xD (Well, my older brother only got a £36 charge when a friend sent him a guitar pedal from America and put the £200 price on for insurance, so I knew it wouldn't be that high).

iirc, the last time I got hit was when I bought a Japanese copy Pokémon White from Play-Asia back in '10. That was through UPS and was just under £25. The time before that, I got a £15 charge for an item that was like, £1-2 over the limit (even the person at the customs office said that was pretty evil).

Still, I'm the kind of person who panics about every possible eventuality (With Pokémon White, I had a tub of cash equal to the amount of the actual game, plus postage in a tub in the kitchen in case the courier came when I was out xD).

Aww, TRSI also packed in a promotional Sengoku Basara postcard, how did they know?

(I was quite pleased with the Utage book called うたげの☆プリンスさまっ too, though of the two I've only read the bonkers Star Driver one so far, which was excellent.)

I meant to post in this thread, but I got as far as uploading some pictures to Flickr and then realizing how long it was going to take me to catch up on the rest of the forum after a couple of days off. ;_; Maybe this evening.
 
Vibrant gimmickry will not disguise the fact you still use Adobe Reader. How do you propose to annotate locked PDFs with such a meretricious tool? True scholars employ the services of more permissive applications.

Man, ya'll are boss hoggin out ere. I'm thinking of going shopping for an anime DVD tomorrow, but I'll still probably feel too insecure to post my measly lonesome purchase. I would post my entire collection and pretend like I just bought them all, in an attempt to look like a boss hog, but my collection's not even big enough....
 
I now need a T-Shirt that says "Boss Hog" on the back.

I meant to take a couple of examples pictures of the booklet in case anyone wanted to see what was inside, but forgot, so please feel free if you were intending to.
 
More stuff, took a really bad picture because I was too eager to start ripping CDs and putting things into my Barnaby box (also need to cook lunch). My camera (and camera skills, as you can see from the washed out, grainy image) aren't great so I didn't give KnT a proper photoshoot.

Annoyingly, the Utena set had one bad disc in it (a replicator test disc rather than a proper DVD) so a replacement for that DVD has been organised.

*pouts* W-well, I-I guess that'll have to do.
Knowing my luck though, as I've told Mum that she can hold off on the money she owes me on the condition that if customs catch it, she just goes to the sorting office when on a school run and gets it, she'll spend the money on something else meaning it will sit in the sorting office for ages xD
