The RRP on the collectors edition is ridiculous....$330USD/£211, Funi store discounts it to $247/£158

If anything, i'll go for the limited set.
 
That looks really tasty - although I think I'd prefer a concise, standard edition personally, just for shelf space reasons chiefly. If Manga gets this, it'll be a good money-spinner for them next year once Bleach has finished up.
 
Those do look pretty tasty - although I'll definitely be waiting for the no doubt cheaper MVM edition of UBW.

As far as I know, manga only has the license for the brotherhood series since the original series is in licensing hell after the company that was gifted it went down the toilet.

Note the original language is English and the Japanese dub is exclusive to Japan unfortunately.

The audio specs are Dolby Digital 5.1 lossless and Dolby Digital 2.0 high bitrate AC3 IIRC.
 
That Persona 4 set is very tempting but at £80 i think i'll wait to get it till i watch it again, maybe around christmas.

Do Sentai's Collectors Editions have a limited run like Funimation's?

They do but I honestly have no idea how much stock they have. I presume there's at least 5000-10000 made. All of them including Chunibyo and Highschool of the Dead are still available. I guess the price point, collector's contents and standard edition existing is the reason why they haven't yet sold out (Chunibyo doesn't have a standard edition).
 
The Persona 4 box is nice (don't really care about the included tat), but the question is, is the show as god damn awful as the last one? I remember rumblings when it started airing that it was somehow worse, so curious if it picked up.

*Or wait, is this just the first one? I'm confused, wasn't the latest one called The Golden or something? And I don't see Marie anywhere.

**Never mind, I see this is the first series based on episode count.

It contains 2x single layer blu-rays. It's pretty much as bad as the french Kazhi Chunibyo release (which has one dual layer BD), video quality wise.
