That situation was slightly different.
- Bandai released the show into four parts at normal pricing which somewhat dodges reverse importation.
- Madman was able to provide a complete set after releasing the four parts because they're Region B, though Season 2 didn't get the treatment (it technically did but it's just Part 1 and 2 together in a slipcase).
