UK Anime Blu-ray & DVD Bargains

Just taken delivery of a nice 10 item box from Rightstuf. Amazingly I didn't have to pay customs despite it clearly showing the value and that it had been sent from the USA.

The tracking seemed to say it was being sent via Swiss Post, not sure if that means it comes via/from Switzerland and therefore allowed me to not be taxed?

Ordered without hesitation! Missed this last time it came up as a DotW, and kicked myself over it ever since.

It's one of the biggies on my list I've been waiting for to reappear. Now, if only Berserk would roll around again before the year is out... that would be eeeexcellent. Yyyeeeesssss...
 
How are music magpie with regards to shipping? I know people used them for pre-orders the last time the code was up. Also, when do you pay for pre-orders, when teh order is made, or when they ship?

You pay when you make the order, once shipped it usually takes 5-7 working days to arrive. My Bahamut set didn't arrive in the best condition, most of the corners of the artbox were dented/worn as they squeezed it into a jiffy bag so i'd say for standard sets they should be fine just be wary with CE/LE sets.

I pre-ordered Durarara!!x2 from them and they took payment right away, then took about a week after release to ship it. Turned up in a padded envelope and in good condition though.
 
Anyone receive their refund yet from the cancelled Tokyo Ghoul orders yet? Was hoping to have received mine before reordering as I need the money on my card for Zeta Gundam?
