Top 10 worst anime of all time!!!

I can't really think of a top ten
(i'm that cautious with my anime >>)

though Cosplay complex was quite crap got some lulz from it, but so far at the top of my list is 'Nurse Witch Komugi'

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/VREWtBokbDY&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/VREWtBokbDY&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

dosen't it just scream 'shoot me please'

Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan (I hated it this much that I'll give it all 10 spots on my list)

God, I read all this hype online, gave the first episode a shot and could barely get through half of it. It was just so awful. Really annoys me that there are great series in Japan that never get licensed, and stuff like this does.

Hmmm, I can't think of ten but I will say Scryed is the worst that I've seen.It just got so repetative and boring after a while.-_-

I was actually laughing when the main characters best friend died. The scene was supposed to be all dramatic, with the best friend dying whilst being given a piggy back ride, but it seemed totally random (the wound didn't seem that bad) and came across as more comical than serious. I dropped it shortly afterwards.

The only part of the show I remember being interested in was the confrontations between the main character and his rival. Everything else sucked balls.

Don't forget this classic scene:

I'm sorry but did he just say while riding that giant gun 'It's thick, it's hard and it's coming to get you!'? That was too much.

Sailor Moon is actually decent. I held a terribly low opinion of it before I re-watched two series of it, (Sailor Moon, and Sailor Moon R) and I adored it all over again. A fantastic blend of classic sentai shows, and the mahou shoujo genre.

While I do not share the same overall enthusiasm, sailor moon is watchable for most of its length. However the last 10 episodes of Sailor Moon R (One of extremely few places it is not 'monster of the week') It actually goes from 'watchable' to 'pretty damn good' It is not in my top ten certainly, but it would certainly not be in my bottom ten either.

The professional Golgo 13.
Oh, how could I have forgotten Golgo 13? That deserves a place in any "worst anime" list for the ****** CG alone.

I can't find a video about how bad the anime is as an adaptation, so I'm going to link to a video of Ashton cumming over a barrel.

As the promised barrel hentai was not forthcoming I'll have to ask for that 1 minute 36 back.

Nooooo! I thought this show was so funny. I laughed so much, mostly just because of how utterly wrong it all was, but that just made it all the more amusing! And the opening music is really catchy :D
What was it that either of you didn't like about this series?

I love it, too. The humour wears thin towards the end, and a couple of scenes embrace the very clichés I thought the show was supposed to subvert, but overall it's great. Dai Mahō Tōge, aka Magical Witch Punie Chan, is apparently similar but better. It's on my list.

It seems that the most contested bad shows are comedies. There's stuff everyone can agree is awful (Odin!) and stuff some people were disappointed in but others found fine. And then there are comedies. An unfunny comedy is probably one of the biggest disappointments there can be. I guess that the humour of Dokuro-chan passes as many people by as it manages to amuse, and there lies the divide.

Dokuro-chan is also rather tasteless (though it's played for laughs) which might irritate some people. I personally enjoyed it, but I like most anime humour. Excel Saga is another in this vein where it seems some people worship it and others couldn't be paid to sit through an episode. Excel Saga is also very referential and while there are some of us out there who recognise what it's trying to do, the fact is that if you haven't seen the series it's referencing it will often need explaining. Once you have to explain a joke after the fact, the moment is lost.

R

All Excel Saga did was repeat the Pedro 'joke' in every episode. It wasn't a matter of understanding what was being refrred to; it plan sucked even if you've watched every other anime in existence. The fact it has semi-decent ratings just proves that there are far too many idiots who failed to completely evolve from monkeys.
