Out of curiosity, does anyone know if Chaika Coffin Princess did actually end up with an 18 rating like the box picture on Amazon implies? I know Manga/Animtsu have a tendency to be way off when guessing the age ratings on their box mockups but I haven't seen the show and I'm curious. Searching the BBFC website is yielding no results unfortunately.

Wasn't entirely sure where to place this but is there a simple way to remove items from your basket at rightstuf without having to start again?

edit: ah found it. click the drop down button for a remove option. I was clicking edit.

Click View Cart, to the right of the item there should be a "Edit" button, click the down arrow thingy next to that and there should be a remove option.

Thanks anyway! I was genuinely worried for a moment before I found the option (after changing browsers / clearing cache / cookies) and upon logging back in stuff was back in there (indicating basket contents are stored server-side)... that I wouldn't be able to order until after their promo finished.

All sorted now and got my order in :)
 
Just noticed there is no thread for this yet.

I need advice, has anyone every had a card refused by Zavvi? do they allow you to select a new card. I've got a pre order with them but the site will not allow me to change the card details. (my old one has been cancelled) Has anyone had any experience of this?
 
Anyone know if Aria the Scarlet Ammo is getting a blu-ray standard/SAVE edition from Funi at some point, i remember seeing Funi announce loads of SAVE's for the next few months.

It's going to happen, before or during the scheduled release of Aria the Scarlet Ammo AA. Note that Disc 2 of the Blu-ray is Region A only.
 
Has anyone else ever tried to change their password on either of the UP1 sites? It's so annoying that they don't have an automated system and everything is input manually on their end.
Whilst I doubt anyone over there would try anything funny, the idea of someone being in charge of changing - and thus knowing my password is worrying.
What's even more worrying is that I've had the joy of being locked out of my US account since Friday as someone evidently input my password incorrectly...

I was just wondering how to change passwords especially as I just had to change my card. Honestly their service feels cheap and unsafe which is why once I sort out Neko White I may not use them again (UK side is fine thanks to PayPal though).

Late Q1 or Q2 2017 would be the earliest.

September will focus on Spring 2016 and October onwards will begin the Summer 2016 titles.

I only use them for AoA titles like my GL part 1 but probably won't again now thanks to the email that seemed like I was in the wrong for asking a question and the lack of PayPal support on the US Site.

What was the question/response out of interest? I can't say I've ever found their responses rude, but they are very much blunt and to the point without the pleasantries.

I was enquiring if it was possible to cancel orders after you place them and they basically told me Yes but if you do,they will be left with expensive stock and may not consider serving me again.
 
I would also note that there was a member of the old site (can't remember who), who said UP1 has refused to cancel an order they had made. Thedoctor2016 said he'd had sarcastic messages left on his order status page.

I've never used them, because they do not sound like a professional business at all. They're also a legally questionable business in the first place, so I wouldn't exactly trust their moral judgement either.
