Some are suggesting Lagann's announcement might be a (video) game rather than an anime. PS being pachislot or PlayStation. This appears to be as a result of Konami appearing in the copyright byline.

The website is registered to Fields, who produce anime, as well as pachinko and pachislot machines. I wouldn't assume a new Lagannime is coming just yet...

I don't think I'd even want a new GL anime, the ending was pretty much perfect. I'd certainly take a game though. A game developed by Platinum...

Get hype! It might just be for the promo art but that looks quite CG heavy. Makes me wonder if the announcement will be for a fourth Berserk movie by Studio 4°C rather than a new TV show. I'd prefer a new show but I really like the Berserk movies so I wouldn't mind a new movie.

A pachinko machine was apparently put into testing last month by one of Fields' partner companies, but is a pachinko or pachislot machine really big enough for them to webstream the entire series?

I actually just watched the third Berserk movie yesterday and the brief after credits scene that teases Black Swordsman Guts is followed by a text that says "This Is Only The Beginning" or words to that effect.

Not 100% sure where to post this, but in the most baffling **** you to international subscribers yet, Crunchyroll has wasted subscriber money on a televised Christmas special infommercial for American TV.

Because you know the anime crowd loves to watch Gabriel Iglesias at 4.39am on Comedy Central, and maybe they'll stick around and subscribe to CR. And that one guy who got a little too high and is watching Spike at 4.00am, might be bamboozled into subscribing if they show it twice in a row...

That wasn't the point, the point was that whilst you still have major titles like "One Piece" and "Naruto" unavailable in some territories, pissing away money on an infommercial nobody who isn't already a Crunchyroll fan will see is an enormous **** you, and then making international customers wait to see it is adding insult to injury.
