Yeah I'd be shocked if it didn't come over soon, that thing makes hot cakes look like... cold... cakes... or something...Joshawott said:Speaking of Yo-Kai Watch (as Level-5 have insisted on spelling it internationally), I'm really surprised that a localisation wasn't announced at E3 (although I guess with Nintendo focusing on Fantasy Life, they already have the "Level-5 Game" box ticked). I remember hearing that the TV anime was being pitched to licensors in the US a few months back, so something's probably going on. Maybe confirmation at the end of this year for a Q2 release?ilmaestro said:No, I don't think so (but I don't think they could reasonably have delayed it any longer) - I agree that (despite the incredible number of years since the 360 and PS3 launched) we moved into this console generation too quickly in the end, before creators were ready. I think Sony were scared of MS getting the jump on them like last time and being behind for five years or so again, and then MS obviously panicked once Sony came up with their accelerated release schedule.Joshawott said:have we really seen the titles to justify that delay yet?
As long Japanese gaming continues to be dominated by PuzDora and other iOS games, and also Youkai Watch and the like though, success there compared to success in the States and the EU will becoming increasingly less relevant for companies like Sony.
Not really an E3 game, I guess. Probably just the kind of thing you introduce via way more mainstream coverage.
