The News Thread (for news that does not need a thread)

Considering MangaUK's good relationship with Toei right now (with Dragonball and One Piece), I can see them getting Sailor Moon.

It'd make sense for them to start pushing out a big title like this too, for when the Bleach / Dragonball releases finish up.

Looks like Andrew won and got Terror in Tokyo for the UK:

Thinking about it, Andrew showed interest in another show airing this Summer "Tokyo Ghoul" ..that might be another license.

Hoping one of the others is an upgraded Baccano release.

Great pickup. No surprise for Terror in Tokyo since Shinichiro Watanabe is involved. Anything by this guy from now on will be Andrew'd (and I wouldn't be surprised if they end up grabbing Michiko & Hatchin).

Nice license.

I think Shinichiro Watanabe has a new BFF in Andrew it seems!
Every license All the Anime has had is one I've been interested in. I dread the day they license something otherwise as I like having a complete collection of their shows.

To me it's meh, in comparison to AL's upcoming UE set it's nothing special to grab my attention. Anohana on the other hand, that's one set I'm definitely getting.

Forgot to mention the pricing for Anohana Movie:
BD/DVD/CD [Collector's Edition] - SRP $79.98
BD [Standard] - SRP $49.98
DVD [Standard] - SRP $39.98

AnoHana? Region free? Will definitely get it! I love that show, and have the Region 4 DVD, but it deserves an upgrade!

EDIT: Just noticed it was the movie. Don't care, still want it :p

Given that means Kaze releases and Animax Streaming, I will fight this awful future for as long as I draw breath.

Bah, had a feeling Silver Spoon would get the Blast of Tempest treatment. Hope they get BDs later on for a Region B company to affordably clone.
