BBFC have rated the following anime:
Accel World: Part 1 - 12 - [01-06]: strong language, moderate violence, gore, nudity
Accel World: Part 1 - 12 - [07-08]: strong language, moderate injury detail, sex references
Accel World: Part 1 - 12 - [09-12]: strong language, moderate violence, nudity
That sounds about. Mildly surprised ep 3 didn't get 'sex references' because one scene plays it as close to the wick at possible and Ash Rider's filthy mouth ("NO MY F'ING BIKE!". Actauly side bar, him screaming that whilst Haruyuki and Snow Black are having this big important conversation about stuff is bloody hilarious) would have probably bumped things up to a 15 in my opinion but the dinosaur empire roars 12 and such it shall be.

The dub for K has swearing - including F*** - and that still got a 12. Oddly enough I was under the impression that would immediately put it up to a 15 though. I can't remember if Ash Rider actually says the F word in the dub for Accel World, but there is definitely a line in the second half where Haru screams "I F***ing hate you Nomi!" Be interesting to see what Part 2 is classed as.

"The BBFC's Guidelines state that strong language (e.g. 'f***') may be passed at 12 or 12A, depending on the manner in which it is used, who is using the language, its frequency and any special contextual justification. Aggressive uses of strong language may result in a film or DVD being placed at the 15 category."

The line I mentioned as screamed in the dub.

Thank christ for that. I actually messaged Aniplex JP through their website to ask if the BD will contain subtitles, but never recieved a reply. They did reply to me before to tell me that Kara no Kyoukai: Mirai Fukuin wouldn't have subs and that AniplexUSA would announce information on an English BD shortly... I'm still waiting on that.

Is Manga actually releasing these or are these from Kaze? I'm asking because Kaze is also releasing 3 triple packs of the movies in France...

Been playing Persona 3 for the first time ever this last month. I've really enjoyed it, so I'm interested in this movie series. If Aniplex dub it for their later domestic release and a UK company picks it up, I'll check em out.

As a European, MegaTen is one of the worst possible series for me to start becoming a fan of :p Maybe Sega will improve Atlus' treatment of Europe? Though I doubt it.

I think the fact that there's still no information about SMT:IV a year after it was announced we were supposedly getting it says it all.
No? How about the fact that it took them almost two years after the US PSN release to put the exact same release of P3:FES on the UK store?
Something more recent you say? How about Persona 4 recieving a PSN release soon in America, yet there's "No Plans" for Europe?

Yeah, as much as I'd love to see things improve, it's not happening. I dread to think how long it's going to take for us to get Persona Q over here.

And there ends my interest in the One Piece films.

That's actually a good question but considering most of them are sub only (I still have no idea why Manga isn't doing a Blu-ray release for Movie 8, yes it's a recap but c'mon!) triple packs will probably do better.

Once they announce their Q3 line up and the artwork, the movies will probably look like this (if what you're saying about Kaze is true):

Don't forget the Persona 4 Arena situation as well, that was terrible. :/

Yep. And before anyone gets any hopes of Sega swooping down like some Blue Hedgehog hero to save us from the dragon of Atlus, let me say four words to install the proper despair;

Phantasy Star Online 2.

I told him to make a complaint to Starz, not Manga.

Though if you're happy to just take all this lying down without doing anything , even just venting and hoping Jerome might be bothered to look then be my guest.

In news: Flowers of Evil is ending

Every time someone on here suggests that maybe rather than complaining on a forum about these issues, which will achieve precisely nothing as the only company related person who posts on here is Andrew, that you actually contact the companies concerned you either deflect the comment or ignore it.

Princess Jellyfish fans rejoice! An movie adaptation has been announced for 2015. Anime or live-action is to be determined.

London BFI cancelled the screening for Captain Harlock CGI in 3D.

Love Live! Season 2 Blu-ray volumes will also have English subtitles. For me, I'll wait for NIS America's release (they have Season 1).

Anime Limited are reauthoring the Durarara Blu-Ray discs to get round the errors and add a signs track. Not too sure what the plan is for people who have already bought the stuff

http://www.alltheanime.com/durarara-re-authoring/

Much like Bebop - we'll issue replacements to anyone who bought one already. As the majority were bought on Amazon - proof of purchase should by and large be easy to do too!

Cool, can't say the issues have impacted my sub watch (i'm on episode 16) and i've thoroughly enjoyed the release. :thumb:

I'm probably in the minority but I don't really care about the odd issue. I'd rather money goes in to getting new titles out but I suppose you've got your reputation to think about, so fixing these rather than ignoring them is probably better PR.

Kudos for the fix. It shouldn't have happened, but good to see Anime Ltd are being quick to sort it out again. Safe to say they've had their fair share of growing pains as they've been starting though! Hopefully they'll iron them out going forward.
