*groans* Man I can't be arsed today (or anyday in work for that matter). Been quite busy this morning but I've found some spare time to skim over the past weeks posts on AUKN... too much to read. *eyes begin to bleed*

Had an awesome week off work. Got a load of jobs done on the house in preperation for putting it on the market. Painted the bathroom and kitchen. Carpeted the hallway, stairs, landing and bathroom. Gutted the the whole house of useless contents that was just making un-needed mess, devided into two piles of skip and charity. Ended up taking 7 bin bags of clothes and 4 boxes of various items to the charity shop and filled a 4x4yard skip to spilling point. Needless to say I had a very busy week. (and that was only done on Monday to Thursday).

Friday we got up early and set off to Kendal Calling 2010. I love the fact that the my County now has it's own festival! Only took me an hour to get there instead of 4-7 hours (which is usually the case with where I'm coming from).

Festival was awesome! Didn't rain all weekend (I even got a lil sunburn). Drank and partied nonstop and watched some good bands. Some of the bands I saw were DOVES, Calvin Harris, DJ Yoda, oKgO, The Futureheads, Dananananaykroyd, Eskimo Twins, Stereo MC's, New York Tourists and.... that's all I can be bothered writting for now. Needless to say I took full advantage of the music available.

Oh yeah! Also, Saturday was the Festival Fancy Dress day! Four of us went dressed as KISS! Took forever to get all the getup on but was totally worth it! I'll post some pics at some point. Tachi, you've probably already seen them on my Facebook?

Anywho... that was my week in a nutshell. Now it's back to work and all the other not alot going ons. ¬_¬

I second you boyo, can't be arsed with work this week and if i can i'll be spending a few more nights round the gf's. Have set up her PSN so she's been wanting a few games with trophies :p got herself a new job....working next door to me lol. in Niro's :D so i can go have pizza at lunch for a discount.

Good to hear everythings been going well for you mate. a good clean out does a load of good :) (btw uncharted 2 is really fun, i'm near the end :/ hopefully the third will be out this year)

I haven't seen em mate, i'll have a look when i get in. My main priority today is to find out if my ipod touch has arrived....ifso i will be happy.

Just had a txt from my sister, no sign of ipod.....our postman is crap, i swear their meant to deliver things in a morning....ours used to be at the door by 8am. now its more like 2pm ¬___¬

Let me guess, amazon or ebay purchase? I got FF6 off ebay and the seller didnt even know it was a fake! It should be perfectly playable, only im not sure if i'd want to trust the battery to save the game...

Afoia, you free to play uncharted 2? i've ran all the updates and played a few matches, its rather good. I dislike the difference in jumping animation in the first and second games. the first games animation was fine, the second game makes him look like a right idiot.

Afternoon Tachi. Uncharted 2 quickly moved to one of my all time favourite games after I played it. Great cinematic game play, story line and writting. It's like playing a movie. Also when you complete it, you can play the game with mirrored levels which gives it all the more play time.

Wish Kayls was working near me! Can't beat discount Pizza (unless it's free of course). =P
 
My headset broke. I don't know how or why, but it looks like the left ear was simply pulled off, and there's a cable hanging out. It sucks because the thing cost me like £80 and a new one (same model) is at £109 (???). It's been 1 year since I bought it and it's more expensive now... wtf.
Liviiiiiiiiiiiing withouuuuuut myyyyy headphoooooooone.......... it can't beeeeeeeeeeeeee.
Needless to say, next few days will suck.
 
Aaah.... so the game worked anyway? I see now. I thought you were saying it was an unplayable fake. Guess that's not too bad then. Especially for £8.

Unlucky Kei, I am too emotionally attached to a pair of my Headphones (gaming headphones). I believe I would cry if they ever broke. They've already got plenty of wear and tear. But that's character building.

What make were they? Must be a good set for £109! Skullcandy perhaps?
 
Logitech's G35. What sucks more is that I don't even know how I broke it. Unsatisfying, indeed.

I was just talking to Andy, the bloke that owns the restaurant, it seems it'll be another busy night for kayls tonight, she didn't finish till almost midnight lastnight...not to happy about her being on her own at home and getting a taxi home so late....

it seems i'll be over hers on weds or thurs night.

Both. It's 7.1 surround sound after all, and the sound is absolutely fantastic. "Was".
Gah, hate the fact that I can't pick it up at store and there's no next day delivery anywhere I tried.

If anything, it's like my mistress. I've slept with it a few times after all.

I still can't believe I'm paying more now than I did when it was first released. Jesus christ lols.

I'm off to bed again. I hope I have a nice dream and forget about reality. hahaha

lol, her family are in Corfu till saturday, i stayed over all weekend at her family's request, so she was safe :)
The boy they where fostering, the one who had a stanley knife under his pillow and threatened to kill her mum, stole and wrote off their brand new car less than 24hrs after they bought it.... well kayls mum is sort of scared that that nutjob will come back whilst thier away and hurt her, so i said i'd stay over and make sure she's alright. I've left ove of my swords round there just in case he does come back, she can defend herself.

(no such thing as OTT when it comes to defending yourself ;) )

She's also had another problem; James, who was one of "the 8" (their group of close friends) went out with kayls best friend beckah, split up really badly...he's been hitting on kayls, she's told him to stop but he won't...so i had to have a quiet word with him about it. He's stopped now ;)

At least your above ground. I'm stuck several miles under the Earths crust with a desk between Sadam Hussein and Ted Bundy. Temp is always above a thousand and I get my head ripped threw my ass to sign in and out of the office. *coughs up blood*

Well, despite having to work in a equivalent to an airless vaccume/void in time and space. It's not as bad as it used to be....or what it will be shortly.

I'm moving to Hertfordshire come october, meaning that i'll have to drive to and from work every morning (not such a bad thing) but it'll be working out of the Lister hospital ¬_____¬ might aswell lock me up in arkham asylum.....hang on a minute....it is pretty much a nutjob asylum....here's hoping i get to write a weeks journal on how to survive in a violent zombie hospital :p

Yes mate, sorry i just got the new transformers game today and its honestly one of the best games i've played all year (imo), its that fun! So i did see you message but was destroying lots of robots, I'll be on shortly if you want to play.

Wholesale selling to retail (but higher end sales y'know, I don't sit on a checkout in a warehouse - I have a desk and a phone and everything...) and God, how much I love dealing with business people compared to those unreasonable f*ckt*rds that comprise the general public. Just waiting for my chance to grab the next rung and open a factory... Seriously though, now I know the kind of mark-up which goes on imported goods I realise the extent to which someone could dominate any retail market by cutting out all the layers of middlemen. Say you owned factories in China and shops in the UK, then just sent the goods straight to your own stores and sold direct to the public... the competition would wither and die like dandelions after a quick blast of Roundup. Half the nation would end up unemployed of course but hey, you could recruit them and pack them off to China to work in your factories. They'd be sorry then.

/ delusions of grandeur and/or revenge against world
