The Anime/Manga I Bought Today Was...

The following arrived in yesterday's post:

Eureka Seven - Complete Collection Part 1. (I have always found such a phrase to be a condtradiction in terms, I must admit.)

Considering it contains 25 episodes, complete with four language tracks to contribute towards BBFC charges, £15 from a major retailer is a very agreeable price.

Very happy this arrived today! My first Anime Blu-ray :D

I also received my Eva 1.11 BD. May this be the first of many HMV exclusives. These kind of slipcases make Blu-rays look so much better (no blue plastic to look at).

If I'm destined to own NHK incomplete forever, I might as well do it in style, with an art box.

I own the first Slayers series; me having gotten it from Wherehouse/Secondspin for cheap previously. That said, I saw no reason not to get a head-start and get the next series before starting the first.

Kannazuki: Every lesbian anime needs an art box.

If I'm lucky, Kite might turn out to be decent. Its description reminded me of Phantom.

If I'm unlucky, it'll only bring me to a climax, and I'll actually feel dirty due to owning porn.

Ordered Sword of the Stranger on Blu-ray. No-one can say I'm not supporting UK BD anime releases. I think I've bought everything except Afro Samurai so far.

Received my copy of Evangelion 1.11 the other day as well. I shall watch it when I can force myself to put the disc into my PS3.

Ordered Sword of the Stranger BD a while back. I'm not remotely surprised that despite sharing a release date with Evangelion, the Beez disc is the one that's yet to ship =D
