Bought Whistle! 1 from Waterstones of all places...the books there are usually wrecked, but this was scarily pristine.

And I learned Mr Sheen on a cloth works like magic on the £5.99 stickers and does no harm at all to the book. Result!
 
Got some stuff in the post today:

- vols. 9 and 10 of the Evangelion manga (my collection is complete!)
- Castle of Cagliostro on DVD - Yay! Can't wait to watch it, though a quick flick through both the dub and the sub shows that much was changed in the dubbing, so I'll go with the sub first of all.
- The End of Evangelion OST - It's so beautiful!

Yep, I could buy them full price from Forbidden Planet or £15 from some independant anime store who have the DVDs outside of the case and don't handle them properly. </3>

You've got massive support for the UK industry taking those prices over the fact that you could buy the R1 boxset for a fiver more than you bought a single volume there, or the singles which are just over a quarter of the price (re-release price).
Kudos to you.
