I'd say pigs will probably fly before we see One Piece streamed in Europe.

Based on the fact Toei aren't streaming anything except World Trigger (European CR subscriber exclusive, yet seemingly is made available to free members elsewhere in the world) and Saint Seiya -Soul of Gold- (time limited Daisuki simulcast), I'd say Toei Europe are somewhat opposed to streaming.

At first I thought it was my Facebook showing me an old status, but I checked and assuming Facebook's timer is correct, it was sent after their announcements earlier in the week.

I take it as a compliment that I've passed for being human well enough to appear to have a gender.
