I know what you mean. Just to let you know theres another layer behind most of my anime in those pictures. If you include multiple seasons of the same show I have over 600 shows/movies/ovas on dvd & bluray plus some on laserdisc.
 
Here is my (unremarkable) collection of uk releases. Everything is complete except Blue Gender, I'm just waiting for volume 8 to turn up on eBay.

not to sound ungrateful, but I never really get any comments on how my collection is :?

should I have split up the photo taken two pics instead of one for the row? Any title's people haven't heard off or what? I'm looking for something to inflate my ego here people

(PS, am willing to sell or trade my Negima! collection with something of equal value!)

Of course! It wouldn't look as good if they were all alphabeticalised. Boxsets generally are different sizes to individual volumes so I prioritised space over A-Z. It's all categorised in my own unique way.

Following the logic that it's the only one you have and the only one I seem to have lost, I demand that you return my copy of Urusei Yatsura: Only You neptune2venus.

The Akemi Takada illustrations are drawing me to Fancy Lala. No idea if it's any good or even my thing, but you could probably get me to buy anything by putting her artwork on the covers.

Thank you! Got the Sailor Moon DVD boxsets a while back, they costed £50 each in 2004/2005(?). Worth every penny despite the poor sound on them! I haven't got around to watching Devil Lady although I've had it for a good 5-6 years. They are still sealed! It's high on my priority backlog. :)

No never! Bwahahaha ;) I vaguely remember getting Urusei Yatsura: Only You free with a magazine. Those were the days!

Fancy Lala is a very shoujo anime but it's very good despite the obvious target audience. At the very core it is mainly about family life mixed with responsibility and morals. One of the better 'magical' girl series I've watched! I agree, the artwork on the covers of the DVDs are well done which is what attracted me to the series in the first place.
