Due to the large number of announcements and the fact, that Kazé announced to dub all those titles (exept the few that already got a dub by Crunchyroll) it is abvious that non of these will get a release before June* and several titles won't get a release before 2020**...

Disclaimer:
* Not even one of the 20+ announcements got an expected release date yet
** Based on the number of titles released by Kaze in previous years
 
With so many titles, German prices and many of those titles not really anywhere close to mainstream the funds they can drain out of potential buyers is kind of limited. They probably have to drag it apart, or risk cannibalizing themselves.
