Thank you. So that would be in October, what if they reach the goal early? No it gets taken when the Kickstarter finishes (if they reach their goal)

Then it keeps going and no doubt hope to reach stretch goals. They don’t take any money until the finish date.Thank you. So that would be in October, what if they reach the goal early?

I was curious about this as well, I'm glad someone asked. This question has probably been asked a hundred times, but I'm new to this Kickstarter malarkey. If I back this now is the money taken straight away?
I assume it going to be another case of Americans trying to sound English, where everybody speaks either posh or mockney!
Not always. There's plenty of good ones, mostly films with a bigger budget (especially Ghibli), although series like Cowboy Bebop and GitS have good ones.horrid-sounding as dubs always are
Arriety wouldn't be Arriety without the English dubNot always. There's plenty of good ones, mostly films with a bigger budget (especially Ghibli), although series like Cowboy Bebop and GitS have good ones.
That would be the British English dub!Arriety wouldn't be Arriety without the English dub
Probably my personal favourite dub tbh alongside SAC, Space Dandy and Persona 4 The Animation. Mike McFarland did a great job as ADR director.Fullmetal Alchemist's dub deserves a mention.
Tom Holland was great as the lead.Arriety wouldn't be Arriety without the English dub
Yes the Queen's English dub not the colonial imitationThat would be the British English dub!
I am curious to hear how the US English dub sounds.
The words spoken in said language aren't always by Japanese characters. I can go either way with the sub or dub and respect people's choice on the matter, but if the characters are Japanese then I prefer the sub because it retains a sense of authenticity. Sometimes things are lost in the writing in the first place and the dub fixes that these days - Banana Fish would probably work better dubbed I think. The reason I say horrid sounding actually has nothing to do with whether the dub is good or bad, or what kind of English is used - it's simply the fact that it is NOT in Japanese language.
