A german representative of peppermint anime claimed that Netflix will release a dubbed version of The Seven Deadly Sins: Prisoners of the Sky.
So expect that Netflix already licensed the new season and the movie.

It's also rumored, that Bang Zoom is in charge for the English dub, and subcontracting foreign language dubs to other - cheaper - studios (not the same as in season 1). But dubbing hasn't started yet.

We know they licensed it’s season 2 as it appeared on UK Netflix for an hour in March and getting the film isn’t a surprise

Well that was to be expected since it's around that time where it was estimated to expire (well actually it's 12 months late but hey it was expected at least).

For those wondering what else will expire from Sentai under Aniplex, these lot are expected to expire later this year:
  • A-Channel
  • Inu x Boku Secret Service
  • Mardock Scramble trilogy
  • No.6
  • Persona 4 the Animation
There's two more titles left but those won't go until later in 2019.
 
Coming from Maiden Japan in December:

- Den-noh Coil Complete (Dec 4)
- Space Runaway Ideon TV series + 2 Movies SD BD (Dec 11)
- Xabungle TV series + Movie SD BD (Dec 18)

Releasing Space Runaway Ideon on standard definition Blu-Ray is an absolute scandal. This is a series (+ 2 movies) that was restored from film elements and released on Blu-Ray proper in Japan, not a digitally animated title that is forever restricted to lower resolution. If you think you hear your kettle boiling, rest assured it's the steam coming from my ears.

Sentai Filmworks announced today that it has acquired distribution rights to the high school swim team series DIVE!! for the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavia, South Africa, Latin America, Spain and Portugal. DIVE!! will be available for purchase in December 2018.
