Will it be on hold until its fix? Or should I cancel my order?

Guess I'll print the logo off the internet and just have it under the cellophane or whatever I use to protect it from dust.

Well that's a strange error, I don't totally mind though. If people hated it enough and it really bothered MVM maybe they could get some of those card sleeves that sometimes go around half of the artbox, kind of like the ones you see on steelbooks? no idea how much that costs. Still a nice set to own!

All these suggestions cost more money, and more time to produce. For MVM I don't think either are sustainable for them.

How do you fix it without more money? People forget MVM is a very small distributor with very small margins.

If its a manufacturers error, then its down to them to pick up the costs.

It's not like MVM themselves were in charge of printing the boxes. They sent a design away to a printing company, and realised they messed it up. It's not like they're directly at fault.

Wait what? If they were in charge of the design and messed it up then how is that not their fault? Surely the printing company would just be doing what they're told based on the design they were given (I mean unless what MVM sent over was correct and the printing company were the ones who messed it up, but then surely they should eat any cost fixing it).

If a cancel for someone isn’t cancelled in time I have been thinking of picking a copy up so could probably buy off them if that solves an issue for whoever.

Well we don't know who is at fault, but mvm may be able to recuperate some of their losses

I have a bunch of sets sideways showing artwork I like, so this will be added to that shelf...

Then again, its MonMusu so would have been added to that shelf anyway ^.^

The cover designs shown on Amazon show they did have the title printed on the spine, but the product mistakenly has its printed on the top of the box instead.

This looks more like a printing company error.

Then they will be compensated, either replace the fault, or a discount on there next product.
