Can you do anything about the Kaze releases you distribute lacking Signs subtitle tracks? It's costing sales and should be addressed asap

The official line is that Anime Limited as a company provides consultancy services to Kaze/VME so it should be business as usual... although no-one with access to their social media accounts has said anything since January, not even to announce their latest streaming titles.
Jeremy has said on Twitter today that Kaze queries can be DM'd and he'll pass them to Jerome.

Ha, that's funny. I get the Parts cheap, and I had a laugh at Series 10 Part 2 which on the front called the past arc "Turn Back the Pendulum", on the back top called it "Turns Back the Pendulum", and then in the description text called it "The Past Arc". Combine with some sub errors, the non-translating of some on-screen text, and some really dull disc art, KAZE has been pretty bad for Bleach in the long run.

Normally I don't like overly sweary dubs, but Street Fighter II's one is nostalgic for me as it was the first anime I ever saw back in the 90s. That's the blu-ray release off my wishlist...
