Despite having near no money left this month i saw a Banpresto luffy in my local forbidden planet the quality is prtty awesome for the price rivals good smile company brs and metallic the swamp witch in detail and build quality so i had to buy it cant work out what the box means tho where it says "hey world this is the prize" all over it.

Looks nice, looking at it's entry on MFC http://myfigurecollection.net/items.php ... mments&p=3 there is a picture it was based on with the word Manga in place of prize. I'd assume the substitution to prize is because Banpresto stuff seems to be raffled?
 
Craneking prizes are usually won in amusement arcades (think the kind which are a dying breed over here with all kinds of prize machines). In Japan they're still big business and people actually get up early and queue up outside in town centres before the arcades open whenever a new machine is added...

I'm not familiar with the exact figure but it was almost certainly a prize from a UFO catcher machine. They do a lot of trade on the resale market.

I've never really bought these figures before and I don't even know where this character is from but its beautiful! Heaven help my wallet if I get into this.
 
@Stiivun - That Rikka looks amazing! Don't tell me where you bought it because then I'd buy it and I'd end up being so poor that I'd have to fight homeless men in the street and argh.

She's Lucina from the Nintendo 3DS game Fire Emblem: Awakening (and she's since been made playable in Super Smash Bros. and Code Name S.T.E.A.M.). I also made sure to pre-order her amiibo just before it sold out.

@SunlightHeart, i know that's why i want to keep this limited ... have to show some character here :) Space is no problem though, heck if i really wanted to, could reserve a whole room just for this anime/figure collecting deviation of mine :D

Yesterday i've ordered this Shiki Ryougi figure (Garden of Sinners). She was on my wishlist together with the two other figures i've received last week

So I was pretty hype to hear that GSC were starting preorders for their first Saekano figure. Utaha isn't my favorite character in the series, but hey they'll release them all eventually so it's fine, right...
