AoL have AoT Final Season Final Part and Psycho Pass Providence up for order.
Thankfully Crunchyroll have seen sense and not put the rrp on AoT at £99 again, it's a bit more reasonable at £75. Still expensive though.

1) any news on the Suzume 4K blu ray?
2) any plans for a further release of Gundam witch from mercury? I’d rather not spend £90 on hmv exclusive steelbooks if something cheaper is planned/expected

I'd like to say this got caught up in the whole /Crunchyroll doing what they want to do, Funimation doing what they want to do/ period that ended up with a bunch of shows stuck in limbo
Crunchyroll licensed it for streaming. You'd usually expect Funimation (or a few others) to do the home release. But that didnt happen and I honestly can't see Crunchyroll looking at old licenses and getting the home rights anytime soon
Best option would have been Discotek Media in the US or Anime Limited for UK a few years ago. But I can't see either of those two getting it now
Hopefully I'm just being pessimistic. But I'm not holding my breath. Same reason I highly doubt Bang Dream MyGo! will ever get a Bluray

Crunchyroll didnt release Your Name in 4K (One of Shinkai's most popular titles) so I cant see them releasing Suzume in 4K
As for WfM. Hopefully. But thats just me trying to post at least one positive thing tonight
Best option would be keep checking the US sites to see if a standard edition shows up.

There's a few news articles from January that mention Crunchyroll did confirm a 4k release later in 2024. There has been no announcement since then.
Also Anime Limited released Your Name on 4k.

I remember reading that Crunchyroll had confirmed a 4K release later in the year, too.
South Korea got a Suzume 4K back in July this year and there was a Hong Kong 4K release in August, so it should be coming eventually.

Yep just saw the ANN news report for Suzume 4K. Bit weird why they never bothered with Your Name though

But AL have or at least had the UK rights to Your Name, not Crunchyroll, so it was AL who released it on 4K in the UK... or are you saying there's no US 4K release for Your Name and that's because Crunchyroll won't do it? (Which I'm slightly confused about as I thought maybe GKids had the US rights for Your Name? I think they have them for Weathering With You?)
