Yuru Yuri Season 3

The Animator Expo (also known as Nihon Animator Mihonichi) has revealed the final short for the third season (and presumably the last one, given they stated their expo would last a whole year if I remember correctly).

Cassette Girl is the 35th Animator Expo short and will be handled by director Hiroyasu Kobayashi (CGI director for Evangelion: 1.0), art direction/character designer Shigeto Koyama (Gundam: Reconguista in G), mechanical designer Takeshi Takakura (Macross Frontier), screenplayer Yoji Enokido (Star Driver) and storyboarder Masayuki (The End of Evangelion) with Studio Khara's Digital Department working on the 3D animation.

Andrew has said categorically that they will be showing ME!ME!ME!, so I'd imagine there's no reason they'd drop anything else.
 
Seems like FUNimation had to make a Faustian pact to get Concrete Revolutio delayed on Daisuki, the version on their website has Daisuki's logo before theirs...

I had to give up though, the design of that show is hurting my eyes. I thought I wanted a show in the style of the Gangsta. OP, I was very wrong. Maybe I'll try again at some point, but at the moment something about it is just hurting my eyes.

Of course Heavy Object is region locked because if it is a Kamachi work it's apprently verboten for it just to be available in the UK without a it being an exercise in Kafkaism.

And I'm not a fan of how Irn Bru Blooded Orphans is getting released ether. Any deviation from "Here's the show on CR or Viewster, enjoy" (especially "Wait a week even if you're paying for a CR sub") is just a Megaphone up to the mouth of blue beard singing his pirate shantys.

Another silent addition, in fact it's actually two shows put together as one.
 
For a minute there I thought the new Gundam thing had something to do with Mushi-shi, the image looks kind of similar.

I'm not sure there are too many shows I'm particularly interested in for this season at the moment, though I'll maybe change my mind once the reviews start coming out. I've still got plenty to watch from last season (and before) so it's not like I really need a lot of new shows to watch anyway.

Hmm, so I can watch it free on Daisuki with it skipping frames every ten seconds or so (why does it do this?!) or watch it on something other than my PC at some random unannounced future time where it might secretly pop up on the free part of Animax's 'service'. And Animax don't even know what it's really called.

Poor One Punch Man. It got screwed.

I just noticed they somehow got the title wrong even though it's RIGHT BLOODY THERE in the image.

Can, can we just buy Kaze and Aniplex out, sell the rights to CR (or, begrugingly, viewster) and scuttle them? Can we just do that?
