orders marked as shipped didnt even send and some not fullied yet come on u been open 2 days make some effort even a fb post alltheanime will give them to end of month or bank chargeback itt will have to be
 
Same here, I will give it a couple more weeks before raising a dispute via PayPal considering it will be likely they won't bother responding to emails as their customer service is absolute crap these days
They still haven't responded to an email I sent at the beginning of December. I don't understand how a company can behave like this. Even the worst companies I have dealt with would have sent out at least a stock "we have received your email" response by this point.
 
Well it has been just over 3 weeks since I placed my order so I'll give it another week before I raise a fuss. Anime Limited CS--if you're reading this, I'll take a copy of Nadia as consolation for the long wait time since I was indisposed during the (short) time it was on sale. ;)

Heh, I came on to ask if anyone been having issues getting a response AL, as on my end it been 3weeks, 4 emails, nadda. Seemingly, they FINALLY semi-fixed the 🐌 dispatch times... only to cease customer support therafter. Nice. Twitter/Facebook iirc still getting updates, naturally.

They sent me ReZero S2 just before staff presumably went on holiday, so tried be patient. My other orders turned up well before xmas, which made me think the company finally got their issues sorted. Even got few things cancelled during sale, no issue... then, total radio silence when need arrange return/replace. Even sent pictures day arrived.

I'd like to note, was sent in flimsy cardboard mailer vs a box, yet packaging didn't have a noticeable dent.

Yehh still waiting for a response i sent 3 weeks ago about a damaged item the the sale, no response either, tempted to do a chargeback, but that means will be for the entire order amount those, but hey, if they cant be arsed to reply then not my problem
 
Another Christmas order has been returned to sender. Did they forget how to fill out customs forms or something. Still no clue if the first order has been returned yet. And the lack of support response Is shameful. I just want my black lagoon :(

I’m giving them leeway with the Christmas period and all but hopefully they get responses out to people soon

My order was returned to sender on December 10 th and have not yet got a response to my email

It's likely that some or all of their recent social media posts got programed well in advance before the holidays.
Otherwise they should have noticed that they promoted Cagaster as "now available" despite unavailable on their website (likely wrong date scheduled)

Pretty sure that post stated it will be available from Tuesday.
 
Alright, I think 25 days is long enough. Contacting Anime Limited about my unfulfilled order now through the web form. Wish me luck. 🤞
I'm going to have to do the same for ReZero, it seems to have gone missing. It was exported by Royal Mail on the 19th but never made it to Ireland. Not looking forward to this as Anime Limiteds customer service has been non existent since being bought by Embracer.

The bizarre thing is, Redundant above mentioned he has been blanked since early Dec. Up until mid Dec, I was getting short replies the day after my requests cancel; just token cancel as requested etc. This would mean they were 100% ignoring emails, even before abandoning ship.

That's a good point; scheduled updates on social media, doh. Overlooked as I avoid Twitter, as seems be the current policy of AL regarding emails. For me there only exists emails and forums, and AL irritate me enough with the 🦁etc emojis in their attempts try lure me back.... and lure me back they did 🦓

I'm a little out of the loopdeloop here as my last postings in this thread were me prodding Andrew 2021/2?, and he has apparently realised anime fans lead only to suffering and ran for the proverbial hills... I do however recall something about a buyout/sale, roughly when the emails started to get emoji-filled/some new PR person. Does anyone from AL still post? Sure was someone/Hannes?...

It's a shame: AL make one step forward, and a whole lot backwards, forever more. Irony is they packed the cheap stuff ordered perfect: box, padding. Then they send a preordered CE lazily, that seemed dmged pre-transit.

PS: Cheers for sharing that new 'just wait plz, thx' banner. Missed that. Guess they finally trying sort through. When they go on holiday, they stay on holiday.

this is a bit of a different post than my others but does anyone have any experience with the vinyl allanime sell. I’ve got the fooly Cooly vinyl and it likes to skip a bit. Are their records usually ok
 
If it’s skipping, it’s likely something to do with the player itself. What kind do you have?
Don’t know the model number but the brand is JAM i know it’s a bit of a crappy player but I got it really cheap. Going to upgrade to a better brand like audio technica eventually

I’m not familiar with that brand, but a cursory search leads me to believe it is generally an All-in-One vinyl player. You want to avoid these types of players specifically because the built-in speakers will cause vibrations that will knock the stylus off the grooves of the records. Hence all the skipping. I would refrain from playing any vinyl that skips a lot until you get a replacement player.

AL emailed me back last night, finally. Was a fairly generic return template so thought I'd share for anyone waiting do so.

No replacement till receive, write order number on box send back in, keep receipt for postage refund. I expected a returns authorisation number or label.
