Heh, I came on to ask if anyone been having issues getting a response AL, as on my end it been 3weeks, 4 emails, nadda. Seemingly, they FINALLY semi-fixed the

dispatch times... only to cease customer support therafter. Nice. Twitter/Facebook iirc still getting updates, naturally.
They sent me ReZero S2 just before staff presumably went on holiday, so tried be patient. My other orders turned up well before xmas, which made me think the company finally got their issues sorted. Even got few things cancelled during sale, no issue... then, total radio silence when need arrange return/replace. Even sent pictures day arrived.
I'd like to note, was sent in flimsy cardboard mailer vs a box, yet packaging didn't have a noticeable dent.
