The AoT Season 2 CD soundtrack is 2 CDs. The others you mentioned are only 1 CD. That's why it's more expensive than those.
The Season 2 CD is not on offer; only the vinyls. Hope that helps.
Pre-orders are separate to that.
So the plan is to split out pre-orders, but in general we are prioritising shipping orders where all items are in stock to maximise efficiency of shipments.

Ah, I can shed some light on that. There are some new manufacturing processes behind the scenes we're wanting to implement and not having to use glue dots for that is one of them. So the fact you guys have noticed that (and are seemingly happy with that?) is a good sign!
