Except it sounds like that means you can only hear the bandai versions on the first 3 ova's and not the manga entertainment dub. Is that right?

Ah, thank you, now I just need to know if the video content (ova's and movie) will be released as is except for the book for other releases, I'm only really interested in the video content as the book would take up space.

Rather than Bandai Dub for 1-4 + Manga UK dub for 4? (If Manga UK didnt make a OVA 4 dub)
It would make more sense if Anime Limited were able to get the episode 1-3 Manga dub

The French Collector's Edition will be OVA+Movie and the Standard edition will be Movie only. The UK release will likely follow the same format.
This release includes Manga dubs of 1-3 and Bandai dub of 4 + Manga dub of 4 as an extra. Bandai never commissioned new dubs for 1-3.

They just wanna pump the sales on the ultimate.

if you're like me and want the OVAs (and their extras), its the UE or nothing for the time being.

It's like what they do with hardback books sometimes. They will release the hardback version first as it's more expensive and won't release the cheaper paperback version for 8-12 months or so to get sales up on the hardback.
Most people would go the cheaper option if they had a choice.

I 100% believe if this sells out you'll get a 'did I say no CE for 12 months? I meant 12 weeks...'.
You'd literally be pricing out all but the most hardcore fans in the biggest sales period.
But AL do make some baffling decisions sometimes
