What US forwarding service you recommend to use?

Last time I use Ship7 and they are okay. I ordered a manga book that was available from BnN but wasn't in stock in UK.

Well, I created an account with Viabox but then when I looked closer at the Sentai sale, I couldn't really find that much of interest. I'm sure it'll come in handy around Christmas.

So most of these are not historical lows for Sentai so I'd recommend waiting until Black Friday/Christmas unless it's low stock or sub $5 clearance.

That might also depend on whether or not the GBP continues to fall against the USD.

I've got a trip to America next month so I'm wondering if it would be possible buy some of this stuff now, get it posted to the hotel and then stuff it in my suitcase. Which feels like an absolutely terrible idea but also the cheapest way to get Venus Wars.

How does one buy from Sentai when they don't ship outside USA? I live in Finland.

When using forwarding services, avoid ordering backordered or preorder items - cause this might result in partial shipments which would increase the fees charged by those forwarders.

If you were doing that for a local UK order being delivered by a tracked service like dpd for example, you could order and then just change the date of delivery to when you're around. Maybe you could look into their delivery services and do something similar?

True story. I got my copy “free” from 101 Films as a speculative review copy alongside Rahxephon, and it still took me 8 years to review… to find they had buggered up reauthoring it from the original ADV release.
